Michael Jackson - An opportunity for the Obamessiah
Since last week we have all been witness to the media going gaga over Michael Jackson in death. In life, they did not care two hoots beyond the news worthiness of his sometimes odd behavior. They followed him and gloried in the coverage of his legal problems, weird actions, and companions. The various other celebrities now laying claim to him, his music, and heritage held him at arms length or farther while he was alive. Michael Jackson just wanted everyone to get along as he said in his "Black or White" song. Politics has a small role in this. The race and poverty pimps only exist as long as there is racial disharmony or outright hostility. They are laying claim to him as "...this BLACK MAN".
What we need is for The Obamessiah to attend the funeral, walk up to the casket, and say "Brother Michael, arise from your sleep!" and perform his 6 month surprize displaying his status as god's second son for the US and the world. That should cement his position in the white house for 8 years or life whichever he decides upon. Then it wont matter that he is not legally qualified to be president because of foreign birth. He will self qualify as god's second son and can rule by virtue of his godhood (or at least until Jesus Christ returns to oust the poseur).

A post about "Red Sonia" Sotomayor at Heritage Foundation
"Red Sonia" Sotomayor is Obama's point person into the Supreme Court to begin the next phase of the Obama communist takeover of the US in a (so far) bloodless coup. Red Sonia will be questioned in the confirmation hearings, but filibusters of her confirmation can now be over ridden with the now confirmed win of another commie in the senate, Al Franken, and the aid of Arlen Specter (correct pronunciation: Anal Sphincter) and Olly "Yellow" Snowe. Red Sonia will be seated on the Supreme Court where her bad decisions will now carry some very serious consequences for the country, making a revolution to throw out the communists ever more likely.

Yesterday’s Supreme Court opinion in Ricci, the New Haven firefighters case, provides a window to what will inevitably be a significant line of questioning in Judge Sotomayor’s confirmation hearings. After all, Judge Sotomayor not only reached the wrong decision in this case, allowing overt racial discrimination in protection of what were essentially soft racial quotas, but she did so in a dismissive one-paragraph opinion which seemed calculated to bury the case from future review. Both her dismissive treatment of important rights in this and a prominent Second Amendment case, and the apparent bias that these cases display will likely be fertile ground for questions in her confirmation hearings.
In response to the Supreme Court’s opinion, defenders of Sotomayor have attempted to paint her opinion as one showing that she is not an activist. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said: “Some of the very concerns that members of the Senate have expressed about judicial activism seem to be, at the very least, upside down in this case. Her ruling on the Second Circuit denotes that she’s a follower of precedent[.]”
The only problem is that it’s just not true. But you don’t need to take our word for it. Clinton appointee to the Second Circuit, Judge José Cabranes, expressed his deep concerns about the dismissive approach utilized by Sotomayor and her colleagues in this case. Far from following precedent, Cabranes, in stating why he thought the full Second Circuit should have reviewed the Sotomayor panel’s decision, stated that “[t]he questions raised in this appeal . . . are indisputably complex and far from well-settled.” (emphasis added). He noted that the case raised issues of “first impression”—that is, questions never decided before by the Second Circuit. So much for just following precedent.

That is how/why we are at this point of actually having hard core commies in the White House and in control of the House and Senate with the Supreme Court as the next takeover target. The gauntlet will be thrown down in the senate at the "Red Sonia" Sotomayor confirmation hearing by the commies. All of this is valuable info to remember for the midterms next year.

SC Governor Mark Sanford

career and make lemonade. Turns out that he is a real hound and likes to
sleep around. He suffers with the "small head syndrome" that plagues
Slick Willy Clinton. From the Republican view: a hypocrite. From the
Democrat perspective: a resume enhancement, but only if he was a

Supreme Court reverses Sotomayor in ruling for white firefighters over promotions

-- The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven,
Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing
a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an
appeals court judge.
New Haven was wrong to scrap a promotion exam because no African-Americans and only two Hispanic firefighters were likely to be made lieutenants or captains based on the results, the court said Monday in a 5-4 decision. The city said that it had acted to avoid a lawsuit from minorities.
The ruling could alter employment practices nationwide, potentially limiting the circumstances in which employers can be held liable for decisions when there is no evidence of intentional discrimination against minorities.

Personally, I think that the Fuhrer is just getting warmed up to the task of a full socialist takeover. He has succeeded in making Generous Motors into Government Motors. He has taken over the banking industry and is ready to set new banking rules by fiat of his godhood. Doesn't matter that the old regs were ones put into play by his socialist congressional cronies (example - Barney Frank). His next target: a total takeover of the medical profession making anyone with a medical shingle on the wall into another drafted government employee. How long before he starts panicing when doctors and nurses flee? Then he will have a bureaucracy that will draft people to become medical personnel. Do you want a draftee guessing at your illness? Do you want a bureaucrat with no medical background determining what treatment (and when) you can recieve? Our entire medical establishment will become a combination of "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" and "Catch-22" with a little "Clockwork Orange" tossed in for spice.
The Brady crowd are waiting in the wings to be able to start gun confiscation too. The fuhrer will have to put that into operation before much longer to be able to accomplish the morphing of the USA into the USSA. If the guns are not removed, voluntarily or forcibly, then he faces the possibility of an armed revolt against his socialist regime.
Then the big IF... if he succeeds, then id chips for everyone (the fuhrer's "mark of the beast") will be next so he can track everyone on government computers.

Safe zones for terrorists in Afghanistan...
...have been designated by the Obama administration. Any residence that may contain civilians is now off limits for return fire, making it a safe place to fire weapons at US troops. Troops are required to attempt to leave the area rather than return fire. There is a positive side to this: It will draw the terrorists out of the hills and into areas where they can not be fired upon by order of the Obamessiah. Maybe the Obamessiah (aka Fuhrer Obama) feels that the terrorists and Al Qaida will fall down and worship him for his magnanimous proclamation protecting them as a fellow Muslim and Messiah. This is more proof that Obama is more concerned with his terrorist friends than with the lives of the troops on the ground. Another little hint is how Obama is now giving tax payer paid vacations to former occupants of Club Gitmo in Bermuda.

New US battle rule: No fighting near Afghan homes

KABUL – The top U.S. general in Afghanistan will soon formally order U.S. and NATO forces to break away from fights with militants hiding in Afghan houses so the battles do not kill civilians, a U.S. official said Monday.
The order would be one of the strongest measures taken by a U.S. commander to protect Afghan civilians in battle. American commanders say such deaths hurt their mission because they turn average Afghans against the government and U.S. and NATO forces.
Civilian casualties are a major source of friction between Afghan President Hamid Karzai and the U.S. The U.N. says U.S., NATO and Afghan forces killed 829 civilians in the Afghan war last year.
Gen. Stanley McChrystal, who took command of international forces in Afghanistan this month, has said his measure of effectiveness will be the "number of Afghans shielded from violence," and not the number of militants killed.
McChrystal will issue orders within days saying troops may attack insurgents hiding in Afghan houses if the U.S. or NATO forces are in imminent danger and must return fire, said U.S. military spokesman Rear Adm. Greg Smith.
"But if there is a compound they're taking fire from and they can remove themselves from the area safely, without any undue danger to the forces, then that's the option they should take," Smith said. "Because in these compounds we know there are often civilians kept captive by the Taliban."

Sotomayor's disqualifying memberships
The choice of Judge Sotomayor to be the Obama Socialist Figurehead and Mouth Piece on the supreme court is being made plain by examining the organizations she has associated with. When it came to light, the sexist membership in Belizean Grove, she hastily resigned to try to defuse it as an issue. She still is a card carrying member of the racist organization La Raza (slogan: "For the Race Everything, None for the Rest."). This slogan tells the real tale of why she should be passed over. We need to do more digging. She may have other skeletons in residence.

Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor attempted to spruce up her resume a bit by resigning her membership in an elitist, all-women's club.

"Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor resigned Friday from an elite all-women's club after Republicans questioned her participation in it. Sotomayor said she resigned from the Belizean Grove to prevent the issue from becoming a distraction in her confirmation hearings.
"In a letter to Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont and Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, the federal appeals court judge said she is convinced that the club does not practice "invidious discrimination" and that her membership in it did not violate judicial ethics.
"But she said she didn't want questions about it to "distract anyone from my qualifications and record."
"Federal judges are bound by a code that says they shouldn't join any organization that discriminates by race, sex, religion or nation
"The Belizean Grove bills itself as women's answer to the 130-year-old all-male Bohemian Club in California. The club owns a 2,500-acre camping area in northern California called the Grove. Chief Justice Earl Warren belonged to the Bohemian Club beginning in the 1940s, before he joined the court and long before the federal judiciary adopted a code of conduct.
"The Belizean Grove is a constellation of influential women who are key decision makers in the profit, non-profit and social sectors; who build long term mutually beneficial relationships in order to both take charge of their own destinies and help others to do the same," the group says on its Web site. There are about 115 members, the club says.
"Earlier in the week, Sotomayor defended her participation in the group, telling senators that it involves men in some of its events and that she was unaware of any man who had tried to become a member."
"Involves men in some of it's events, " Judge?
In other words, someone has to wait tables, clean the kitchen, and do other chores that none of those 115 "elite" women would be caught dead doing.
In reality, Sotomayor's action is but a small, and insignificant, step in the attempted redemption of her nomination for the SCOTUS.
There is still her membership in the Hispanic racist organization, La Raza, which means The Race.
According to Tom Tancredo, La Raza sports a disturbing slogan, "For the Race Everything, None for the Rest."
That sort of slogan may be perfectly appropriate when rallying illegal aliens in California; however, such racial hatred and discriminatory thinking has no place on the highest court in the land.
Judge Sotomayor should immediately sever her relationship with La Raza, or withdraw herself from consideration for the Supreme Court.

North Korea to Fire Missile Toward Hawaii: Obama Strategery?

Breaking news from the never-ending soap opera that is Kim Young Il versus President Barack Obama in the most dangerous one- on- one reality show in the world.
As reported, in part, at Myway.com:
"Korea may fire a long-range ballistic missile toward Hawaii in early July, a Japanese news report said Thursday, as Russia and China urged the regime to return to international disarmament talks on its rogue nuclear program.
"The missile, believed to be a Taepodong-2 with a range of up to 4,000 miles (6,500 kilometers), would be launched from North Korea's Dongchang-ni site on the northwestern coast, said the Yomiuri daily, Japan's top-selling newspaper. It cited an analysis by the Japanese Defense Ministry and intelligence gathered by U.S. reconnaissance satellites.
"The missile launch could come between July 4 and 8, the paper said."
President Obama is said to be monitoring the situation "very closely" and is outraged that George W. Bush left such an awful mess behind.
Reports indicate that the president has taken the unprecedented step of adding the cell phone number of UN General secretary-general Ban Ki-moon to his speed dial directory on his Blackberry, a sure sign that the administration is taking this threat very seriously indeed.
President Obama also issued a press release minutes ago to reassure the American people, especially his Hawaiian buds on Oahu.
That press release in its entirety:
"I have just reviewed reports from our intelligence community which suggest that Kim Young Il is planning to fire a long range missile toward Hawaii sometime in early July.
"I would like to make it abundantly clear that this is seen as a hostile act on the part of Kim Young Il and will not be tolerated.
"As I say, I would like to, but that would be meddling in another nation's affairs. As we know from the failed policies of the past eight years, meddling simply does not work.
"Consequently, I will NOT say that firing a long range missile toward Hawaii is a hostile act.
"Besides, North Korea has a right to nuclear power, along with Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, and the Palestinian people.
"America has consistently hogged not only the world's petroleum but the nuclear option as well. This is wrong and I apologize to the world for American arrogance and greed.
"The time for CHANGE is now--America must not continue as the evil empire that denies people of color their right to Plutonium and other toxic elements.
"Therefore, I will send legislation to Congress this day seeking authorization to open America's nuclear arsenal to a "People of color only" auction festival on the lawn on the White House.
"Fresh vegetables will be sold by my lovely wife Michelle on a first-come-first served basis. All sales final, yuan only. Dollars will not be accepted."
"I hope that the American people will see this as an aggressive and responsible attempt to deal with deficits inherited from the last administration.
"As for the incorrigible Kim Young Il, let me say this: I was not planning to spend the 4th of July in Hawaii anyway. So there!"
And so it goes. Another smashing diplomatic victory for the humble man from the streets of Chicago!
