DALLAS - U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama side-stepped a pointed query about abortion on Saturday by “mega-pastor” Rick Warren during a televised forum.

Asked at what point a baby gets “human rights,” Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: “… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question  with specificity … is above my pay grade.”

He went on to reiterate his view that it was important to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies.

Obamessiah is the most liberal Senator in the US Senate. Omamessiah has a 100% pro-abortion voting record. He is recognized for this by NARAL (the National Abortion Rights Action League).

He specifically voted to allow "partial birth abortion" where the live baby is delivered feet first utill the skull still remains in the birth canal. Then the brains are sucked out, collapsing the skull.

This is the ULTIMATE sacrament to abortion lovers like Obamessiah.

He is raking in cash from people who can not be held accountable because they are not living inside the borders of the USA. FEC says Obamessiah's collection plates have brought in over a million that they know of. When the Clintons sought cash from the Chinese and other foreign sources, those were below the radar and I would bet that Obama cash handlers have plenty of that brand of action too. The European totals include contributions of $200 or more from each individual as election laws do not require campaigns to itemize lesser amounts. (ed: How is the FEC able to closely track this on contributions made in foreign countries? Are the Obamessiah acolytes counting the collection plate and giving a daily tally to the FEC?)

Obama's many backers in Europe say they are motivated by a yearning for America to once again be viewed with respect by the rest of the world. (ed: This means that they want us to join the growing number of countries under socialist rule to become a World Union of Socialist Republics.)

The disparity between the two candidates underscores the Democratic candidate's appeal on a continent where Obamamania seems to have taken hold of expatriates and Europeans alike.

Obama has been much more sophisticated about Internet usage, and when you live overseas that's the easiest way to contribute. (ed: The internet makes election year fraud much easier to do and harder to trace. Thank Algore.)

Each donor is permitted to give a maximum of $2,300 for each election, but since the primaries are regarded as a separate election, a person can make two separate donations of $2,300 before the general election in November. While some gave the maximum, others made contributions in the $10 and $25 range.

(ed: This kinda makes you sit back and say "hmmmmm" as you ponder the fact that now we have the Fieger Precedent. Geoffy was able to get underlings and associates to donate large sums of cash (over $100,000) to Democrat causes and then reimburse them to disguise the source. This was held to be legal by a jury of HIS peers. Thus we have the Fieger Precedent for a way for Democrats to mask large cash contributions.)

Only U.S. citizens are permitted to contribute to presidential campaigns. (ed: But in light of the Fieger Precedent, that is no barrier to the Democrats.)

What is driving the soul deep yearning for the Obamessiah here and overseas? Three words describe it best: Bush Derangement Syndrome

BDS - The expressed naked hatred of Bush and that fear of a McCain presidency as Bush 3. Flip the coin and an Obamessiah presidency is Jimmy Carter 2. I say he would be MUCH WORSE. He doesn't have a brother Billy Bob, which would at least give some comic relief (Remember Billy Beer?)

Europeans are being given a chance to express the BDS and possibly get a vote if the Dems can figure a way to manufacture enough fake expatriate voter registrations to allow for absentee ballots for all of them. Be alert for them to try to block ballots from overseas serving airmen, soldiers, sailors, and marines.

We have illegal aliens here who managed to get registered before the drivers license/motor voter easy portal to voter registration was clamped down. We have heard an estimate that up to 3% of the vote is illegals and it is enough to sway the results one way or the other. In this years election it almost doesn't matter because both sides are belly crawling panderers to illegals, and will give legal status to these criminals. I just want to block the illegal vote.

How will the illegals, that have managed to register to vote, accomplish the deed this year? Absentee Ballots, now that they are registered they can vote where no one can challenge their vote. The absentee ballot is the means that Democrats use to manufacture graveyard votes, pet registration votes, New England-Florida Snowbird votes. They are endlessly creative at ways to defraud the voting public. The absentee ballot offers the easiest means to manufacture large numbers of fraudulent votes. Electronic, non-paper, voting machines are right in the mix now that butterfly ballots are no longer used.

The claim is made that current male active Roman Catholic Bishops in Germany performed the ordinations according to Church tradition and law. These RCWP bishops are proceeding to spread the heresy here in the USA with ordinations of heretic woman priests and deacons. A few of these heretics are former nuns.

It is quite obvious that they do NOT believe and thus can not be true members of the Roman Catholic Church. They are repeating and renewing the Martin Luther heresy in a new schism. This is obviously an attempt of Satan to divide the Church in the USA.

The Pfleger to return to St. Sabina RCC

Rev. Pfleger to return to St. Sabina with 'no restrictions'

The South Side parish of St. Sabina exploded with shouts of joy and a standing ovation Sunday morning at the news firebrand Catholic pastor Rev. Michael Pfleger would be returning June 16.

Cardinal Francis George temporarily removed the outspoken priest from his parish last week following comments Pfleger made about then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Pfleger had said Clinton believed she was entitled to the Democratic nomination because she is white. Pfleger is white, while most of his parishioners are African-American.

Parish leaders were told by Cardinal George that Pfleger will continue as pastor of the church he has led for 30 years with "no restrictions" -- other than not being able to mention publicly the names of presidential candidates or campaign for them. [...besides it would take too long to break in a new racist for the job.]

[However, he can continue his race baiting unabated! I wonder if he ever told them that Planned Parenthood was formed by a racist Margaret Sanger to eliminate the black race? No, Pfleger is a front man, a stand up guy for abortion supporters like Obama.]

How effective is the Pfleger?

Two other parishioners, Rhonda Williams and Leslie Ross, who are not Catholic, said they would have left St. Sabina's and followed Pfleger to a new church if he had been removed. [No sweat, Chicago politician Cardinal George wouldn't do that. Besides the Churdh is short of priests, so even bad ones are needed.]

"I'm here because of the pastor, what he's done for me spiritually," Williams said.

Not effective enough to convert them though. Hey Mikey, do Rhonda and Leslie take communion at mass?

Wall of silence broken at state's Muslim public school

Recently, I wrote about Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA), a K-8 charter school in Inver Grove Heights. Charter schools are public schools and by law must not endorse or promote religion.

Evidence suggests, however, that TIZA is an Islamic school, funded by Minnesota taxpayers.

TIZA has many characteristics that suggest a religious school. It shares the headquarters building of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, whose mission is "establishing Islam in Minnesota." The building also houses a mosque. TIZA's executive director, Asad Zaman, is a Muslim imam, or religious leader, and its sponsor is an organization called Islamic Relief.

Easter Question: Which Church Is The Top Treason Lobbyist?

No matter which church you may attend on Easter Sunday, you stand a high probability of hearing a plea for "justice for immigrants"that’s a given. And you’ll also be called upon from the pulpit to, against all logic, embrace more immigration.

[ed: My parish has a Vietnamese priest. During our Easter services, he never once said a word that could be misinterpreted towards immigration. He was a LEGAL immigrant before he entered the seminary here in the USA.]

Accordingly, earlier this week I set out to determine which major religious denomination, pound for pound, has the worst pro-immigration record-members of the Treason Lobby, as we call it here at VDARE.COM. I limited my search to Roman Catholic as well as the Lutheran and Methodist Churches.

My secondary task was to find an official who represents one of those religions but who is also an immigration realist.

The Roman Catholic Church

For pro-alien lobbying, the Catholic church (in which I was raised) is by far the most the most visible and notorious of the three. And well it should be, with a flock of 68 million members. That total represents nearly 25 percent of the world’s Catholic population.

From the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic, Catholic immigration pandering has been non-stop for years. Even the relatively recent pedophilia scandals have barely slowed down Catholic immigration enthusiasm.

Over the last five years, Catholic Cardinals-most prominently Roger Cardinal Mahony, the Archbishop of Los Angeles-have urged support for amnesty and have argued passionately against immigration enforcement legislation.

Going one-step further to prove that no statement or action endorsing immigration is too outrageous, Mahony advocates violating federal law when and if enforcement measures are ever passed.

VDARE.COM writers have criticized Mahony with increasing disgust as his advocacy for illegal immigrants has intensified and his involvement in the pedophilia cover-ups have become more obvious.

But Mahony is far from the only Catholic Cardinal voice for aliens.

On the opposite coast, New York’s Cardinal Edward M Egan was out front and center (speaking Spanish, no less) at the Immigrant Workers’ Freedom Ride, an even orchestrated five years ago and organized by dozens of open borders subversives who predicted—100 percent incorrectly—that it would pressure Congress into passing an amnesty.

The Methodists

Numbering about 15 million, about a quarter of the Catholic flock, they’re fewer but equally determined.

In 2006, VDARE.COM contributor W. James Antle, III exposed the Methodists and their "Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors" policy, a transparent, feel-good slogan that can be condensed to "Open Borders."

Including their "Global Ministries ", "Justice for Our Neighbors " and "Hope for Newcomers " programs, the Methodists’ commitment to mass immigration is impressive to many-but not to us.

The Lutherans

They don’t have as much muscle (only 8 million members) as either the Catholics or the Methodists, but they’re tireless fighters, especially on behalf of “refugees”. Our Thomas Allen has written extensively about the refugee racket here.

The Lutherans always have a new wrinkle. The latest is its New Sanctuary Movement described as "a national immigrants' rights initiative by conscientious congregations responding to unjust deportations…" and a force that "…addresses the legal liabilities of providing sanctuary to undocumented immigrants."

"Troubling" state and local laws aimed at immigration enforcement concern the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. To assist in law breaking, the LIRS has prepared a backgrounder, acknowledging and thanking "the National Immigration Forum, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the National Council of La Raza, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the National Immigration Law Center for sharing their resources."

I got a close look at the LIRS’s influence when I researched my column on the Somali Bantu invasion of tiny Cayce, South Carolina.

The local Lutheran coordinator for the Somalis, Rev. Richard Robinson, called the Bantus’ arrival "a blessing," even though few Cayce non-Lutherans agreed with him.

How much of a "blessing" LIRS-sponsored immigration may be depends on who you ask.

In 2004, James Fulford in his column linked the Lutherans, claiming to be "glorifying God’s name" and that "the love of God is in our hearts," to slavery and rape .[James Fulford writes: The actual acts of slavery and rape were, of course, committed by Albanian Gypsies -Lutherans aren't into that sort of thing .]

Comparing their relatively small numbers versus their influence on immigration policy in general and refugees in particular, I therefore announce my "pound for pound" top Treason Lobbyist...

THE LUTHERANS!

Battling individuals and organizations that allegedly follow the Bible’s word while doing "God’s work" is challenging. They purport to be on the high road while we the "nativists ," according to them, reject the Lord’s message.

But the Catholics, Methodists and Lutherans have distorted the truth to serve their own specific agenda—mainly money and more people in the pews.

The religious arguments center on how people of faith should treat the "sojourner," the catchall word they incorrectly use to represent today’s immigrants.

To learn more about their imprecise use of the Bible and its language—"the sojourner"—to beat back immigration reform patriots, I contacted Ed Childress, an ordained United Methodist elder and director of the Homeless Programs of Fauquier County, Virginia. I had worked with Childress when he was Deputy Director of NumbersUSA.

Childress (e-mail him) told me:

"I would emphasize again and again that ‘sojourner’ was a specific word for temporary wanderer, not meant to include immigrants. And the context of Biblical times, when ‘sojourner’ was used, was very different than today’s context. It’s appropriate that the citizens of a nation exercise oversight and stewardship of their national resources—and that includes their border."

Several years ago, Childress wrote an article for the Social Contract that included a five-point program on how to faithfully follow the Bible’s "true prescriptions" as they may relate to immigration. [The Sojourner Argument—Churches and Immigration, By Ed Childress, Social Contract, Spring 2001]

They are:

• Foreigners in this country should be accorded the respect and decency we owe to all people.

• People who are genuine refugees and cannot be cared for in proximity to their homes might be temporarily relocated to other countries. The U.S. would accept its fair share until they can safely return. Their temporary stay makes it possible for other refugees to "sojourn" here when necessary.

• Our ethic of caring requires we do what is necessary to help legal immigrants and legal residents to assimilate and function in U.S. society.

• Our ethic of caring requires that we not accept such a large number of annual immigrants that 1) Undermines the ability of workers to earn a decent living, 2) Harms the sustainability of the environment, and 3) Drains the best and brightest from their own nations where they can do the most good.

• We move away from an "America the Best" attitude and respect the future aspirations and identity of other nations.

The willingness—even eagerness—of the major religions to twist the Bible’s meaning shows that they, and not we, are the true immigration extremists.

Religious Convictions of Socialist Liberals: Totally Amoral

The latest brou-ha-ha about Obama, what he knew and when he knew it, about his racist pastor brings back the point that to be a good socialist liberal there must be a lack of a moral compass. Most liberals belong to the "let it all hang out", feel good, touchy feely crowd.

This latest incident is spin, trying to convince us that they really DO practice some form of Christianity. They desperately want to identify with Christian conservatives in a "ME TOO" way.

How can an abortion loving liberal claim to be saved?

Obama and Reverend Wright - The Rev is like an Uncle

Obama told MSNBC that he would not repudiate Wright as a man, describing him as "like an uncle" who says something that he disagrees with and must speak out against. He also said he expects his political opponents will use video of the sermons to attack him as the campaign goes on.

So Barack Hussein Obama will just give him a slap on the wrist and tell him to go to the back of the bus. In the 20 years since Wright brought Obama to this version of Christianity, Barack claims to have never heard any of the racism spewed by Reverend Wright.

Words from the pulpit of the racist Reverend Wright:

"We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye," Wright said. "We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost."

Barack Hussein Obama - Friend of Israel?

A simple question that I have not heard asked of the Democrats in this campaign year (so far)... What is your position on support of Israel? Was it asked and I missed it due to inattention? I am fairly sure that Hillary would support Israel but I cant say the same for Barack Hussein Obama.

Some factions have made noise about Obama's first training being in a Muslim madrassa, but that he belongs to a Christian church now. In Muslim circles that is a heresy and a cause for a death sentence. Was he given a dispensation from Islam by the mullahs? Is there a Muslim hit squad looking for him now? Or is his membership in a Christian church simply camoflage?

To Barack Obama... What are your feelings and political leanings on support of Israel and all it stands for?

This is a VERY fair question to ask of a man who would be the leader of the free world from the office of the President of the United States.

It is time to find out where Barack Obama stands in his own words and convictions concerning an ally of the USA in the middle east, Israel.

Church harbors woman facing deportation

CHICAGO - A Mexican woman says she is "picking up the torch" from another illegal resident who became a symbol for immigration reform when she took shelter in a Chicago church for a year before being deported.

Flor Crisostomo, 28, who paid a smuggler to drive her across the U.S. border in 2000, spurned a deportation order Monday and moved into Adalberto United Methodist Church. [She didnt have the money to feed her kids but sure managed to scrape together the fee to pay the coyote, typically $1500 or more from reports. I wonder if she paid her border crossing fare on her back. Three kids and no husband. Is her street corner getting lonely for her, or did she work in a brothel.]

Crisostomo hopes her actions send a message similar to Elvira Arellano, who became a beacon of hope for millions of illegal immigrants and a lightning rod for those who saw her brazen refusal to leave the U.S. as proof of lax enforcement.

Arellano lived in an apartment on the church's upper floor for a year before leaving in August to visit Los Angeles, where immigration authorities arrested her and, within hours, deported her to Mexico.

Adalberto's pastor said no one pressured Crisostomo to take sanctuary at the church, which is in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood.

"It's unfortunate we have to do this. This church has other priorities, like helping the poor in this neighborhood," the Rev. Walter Coleman said. "But God didn't give us a choice. When God says do this, we say, 'Yes, sir!'"

Coleman complained that the push for immigration reform has stalled, saying even sympathetic politicians have put the sensitive issue on the back burner.

"So what are we supposed to do?" he said. "Who's moving this movement forward? It's not moving forward."

Crisostomo, who spoke through a translator, said she left Iguala Guerrero, Mexico, after she was unable to find a job that would allow her to buy enough food for her two boys and one girl, ages 9 to 14.

In July 2000 she paid a smuggler to take her across the border and spent three days lost in desert-like conditions before making it to Los Angeles, she said. A month later she arrived in Chicago, where she worked 10 hours a day, six days a week in an IFCO Systems site that made packing materials.

By last year, she earned about $360 a week, sending $300 to her children for food, clothes and school books, she said. To keep her own costs down, she lived with four other women in a two-bedroom Chicago apartment.

"My children's lives improve a lot as a result," she said. "It wasn't luxury. But it meant they could survive."

Immigration authorities raided more than 40 IFCO sites in the U.S. in 2006 and arrested Crisostomo, along with more than 1,100 other people. The Board of Immigration Appeals last year denied Crisostomo's appeal and told her to leave the United States by Monday.

Crisostomo said she didn't know how long she would stay in the church, adding that she would keep busy by lobbying via phone, e-mails and letters on behalf of millions of illegal immigrants. The apartment, which is maintained by the church, includes a bedroom, office area and living room.

Groups opposed to illegal immigration say the case is a direct challenge to federal authorities.

"It will give American citizens a great opportunity to see if Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff is good at his word on strict immigration enforcement," said Rosanna Pulido, a spokeswoman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, which advocates tougher immigration enforcement.

The move to re-create the same sanctuary situation as Arellano will backfire, Pulido said.

"This tactic is ineffective," she said. "This is creating more outrage, more bad feelings toward our government and toward people who are aiding and abetting illegals."

The judicial process had given Crisostomo more than enough time to comply with U.S. law following her arrest two years ago, the Chicago office of the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement Monday.

"If Ms. Crisostomo does not comply with the immigration judge's order by tonight, she will become an immigration fugitive," the statement said.

But Crisostomo said she believes immigration authorities would not dare storm a house of worship to grab her.

"I hope they don't come for me," she said. "I hope they fear God enough."

Groups Join Forces on Immigration

Groups lobbying for changes in the nation’s immigration laws, including a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants, have dubbed themselves the “Alliance for Immigration Reform 2007.” [aka "The Amnesty AXIS", "The AXIS of Evil", or just "The AXIS"]

The organizations, which announced their new name Thursday in a conference call with reporters, include the National Council of La Raza, a Hispanic civil rights group; the U.S. Chamber of Commerce; the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops; the Service Employees International Union; the National Immigration Forum; and the Manhattan Institute, a conservative think tank based in New York.

“This is the year to get this done,” said Tamar Jacoby, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute. “Everybody, no matter who they are, is sick of the illegality and the porous borders. Businesses are tired of lying to the government and having to break the law just to get the work done. Latinos want to see their friends and family able to work with dignity. And soccer moms and dads want to see Congress solve something.”

Bruce Josten, executive vice president at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, said he expected President Bush to address immigration in his State of the Union speech Tuesday.

“I have absolutley no doubt that he will raise this issue and he will press and stay on the message he has been on since a candidate for this office for a comprehensive solution to immigration,” Josten said.

White House spokesman Tony Snow confirmed the topic.

The speech “will address major issues, including the war on terror, energy, health care, immigration, and education,” he told reporters Thursday.

The amnesty attempts were formulated in secret with no involvement in legislative committees. La Raza and other amnesty pimps were allowed to give input as to the content of the first bill (S.1348) to be taken directly to the senate floor, where The AXIS thought they had enough votes to force it through.

Can you imagine the expression on the face of El Presidente Bush when he found out that The PATRIOTS had been flooding their senators and congressmens phones, faxes, and emails with demands that this bad legislation be defeated... and it was.

The AXIS made another stealth attempt with a renumbered amnesty package (S.1639). They tried a tactic of making the legislators unavailable except through special hotlines to allow illegal aliens to call in, excluding The PATRIOTS. These numbers were made public and citizens started using them too. Once again, The Patriots prevailed over The AXIS.

The midterm elections in 2006 was a turning point. It turned the senate and house, starting in 2007, over to Democrats. The new majority was made possible by new Democrat candidates who ran on platforms that were, in most cases, more conservative than their opponents. Time will tell if this is true.

The AXIS was not through with their attempts though. Instead of the comprehensive, big package approach, they shifted gears and now are using the incremental approach of attaching small items to other unrelated legislation to slip it to us a little at a time. The DREAM act was such a piece of legislation.

The AXIS had one victory in December of 2007. The managed to defund and kill the border fence that was authorized in 2006. This is a reason that patriotic citizens must stand together.

Bush pardoned and commuted sentences of 105 criminals (fraud, robbery, drug smuggling, forgery, counterfeiting, car theft, income tax evasion, military AWOL, moonshining and bootlegging (illegal liquor), theft of US mail, illegal weapons) and no pardons or commutations for Ramos, Compean, or any of the other law men who were railroaded into prison by his pet prosecutor, Johnny Sutton. What you need to know about Mormons

There are many differences between Christians and Mormons. I do not plan to get into all of those here and I understand that I will stir a hornet's nest with this post. What I DO intend, is to point out the one difference you need to know about. First a disclaimer:

I believe there ARE Christians in the Mormon church. I believe that many Mormons who have not gotten into the hierarchy and original teachings of the church, probably believe the same way I and most Christians believe. Having said that, I do NOT believe that the Mormon doctrine is truly Christian. Mitt Romney told the world that he believes in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. I have no reason to doubt his statement or his faith. That's between him and God and I would be the last person to judge another's faith or relationship with God. This is not about politics.

My way of determining whether a group is Christian or not is this: Do they believe the way to salvation is based on faith in Jesus Christ, and nothing else. Only faith is required.
