college. Notre Dame has become a pagan house of learning. We can add
College president John Jenkins and theology professor Richard McBrien to
the growing list of twisted pro-Obama sycophantic priests like the
Pfleger in Chicago. I wonder what type of theology McBrien teaches? Does
it include how to perform a black mass and defile the host? Maybe he has
included methods of obtaining the liberal high sacrament, an aborted
fetus, to include in the ceremony?
Rome should sever relations with Notre Dame! Defrocking is too good for
Jenkins and McBrien but is the least that they deserve.
As for Notabaert; Those of us who were Bell System employees when this
region became the Ameritech baby bell, remember Notabaert, how he gutted
the company and destroyed employee morale before SBC bought it. Notre
Dame seems to be a fitting landing place for him.

Theology professor McBrien...supports Obama's speech...positions put

spread the wealth so McBrien is willing to sacrifice the lives of a
few million babies for the achievement of his political agenda,

[FOREWORD: These speculations may make some uncomfortable.
Some may deem them irresponsible. That's understandable--we're good
and peaceable people, and the thought of actually resisting
encroaching tyranny is beyond the experience of most of us. We want to
be able to resolve things with words, with reason.
There will
also no doubt be those who say this crosses the boundaries of free
speech and enters into the realm of inciting crime--they may even deem
such words "domestic terrorism." My intent of posting this essay is to
illustrate what has been done historically by people we now revere as
champions of Liberty--and to illustrate what could happen again if
those who just keep pushing with the intent of destroying Freedom
don't back off.
Against that background, these speculations
could be considered a modest response. Having children, it is my
desperate wish--and the reason I have devoted much of my life to
fighting the tyranny of gun control--that reason will prevail. It's
why I try to rally people to get involved--so that we become so
strong, that the potential for confrontation and conflict diminishes
into improbability.
Because of this, I don't endorse Mike's
conclusion--and that is possibly because he is a more direct and

agreeing with me, and think it's critically important that people
understand such sentiments as expressed herein exist. The cynic in me
says my way--getting enough people involved and radicalized to render

The
Amnesty Conspiracy's bipartisan toadies in the United States Senate
wish to ring the death knell for the Founder's Republic. As soon as
the 20 million illegals who are now here are, presto, change-o, dubbed
"American citizens" and their relatives in the millions upon millions
are brought north in "compassionate" reuniting grace, you can hang up
any thought of a return to the limited government and constitutional
rule of law of the Founders.
Are you concerned about gun
confiscation? Its a fact of life in Mexico. Big government intrusion
on private free enterprise? Can you say PEMEX? Worried about campaign
finance and political corruption? The Mexicans have a word for the
endemic bribery that characterizes their government: "mordida"-- the
bite, and they expect to be bitten by every official at every level.
No matter what issue concerns you, the undeniable tidal wave of a
deliberately imported third world culture is about to swamp it.
Let's
face it, the only reason we've been electorally competitive this long
is that the liberals have been murdering the children within their
wombs for the past 35 years. Well, they're going to be importing those
wombs now to finish the job.
These folks, God bless 'em, are
used to nationalized industries, gun control, soldiers walking the
streets dispensing their own rough "justice" with machineguns,
identity-grievance politics and, above all, the undefeatable evil
synergy of crooked politicians and drug lords controlling events. They
are used to being ruled by a godless oligarchy of the privileged rich
who know what's "best" for them. You know, they're Democrats.
You
may ask anyone familiar with Mexican history since 1912 what the rule
of law means south of the border. Or, for a modern example closer to
home, take a look at some of the seamier La Raza-dominated suburbs of
LA. These millions of newly minted citizens will toil upon the
Democrat latifundistas' political plantations as indentured servants
for the next fifty years and gradually, in the end, the American
Republic will be as dead as its Greek and Roman predecessors. If, that
is, it doesn't catastrophically collapse in the next decade or so in a
welter of racial warfare and Balkan "ethnic cleansing" that will make
the former Yugoslavia look like a kindergarten at play. The devil will
walk abroad in the land and our children's children's children will
curse our folly.
What then shall we do? Both political parties
are equally complicit, ignoring the law and their own sworn oaths to
the Constitution, not to mention the polls and the plain will of the
majority of the American people who wish them to secure the border,
enforce immigration laws and jail the employers of illegals. Like Bill
Murray in Ghostbusters , we can only plaintively wonder: "Hey,
I'm a voter. Aren't you supposed to kiss my butt?"
You can
laugh, but make it a bitter laughter. The Amnesty Conspirators are
willing to flout the received political wisdom of the way things are
supposed to work because they believe they can change the entire
equation of political power in this country without consequence to
themselves. They believe that we, the voters, will get mad but that we
won't get even. They believe that by the time we figure out what
happened, it will be too late.
The last whispered hope of the
anti-amnesty politicos is that the House will stop the Senate bill.
Now, given all that's happened in the past fifteen years, that is a
slender reed indeed to pin your children's future on. I have a better
idea. It's an old idea, but I believe that its time has come round
again.
"If breaking windows be the sport..."
The
breaking windows that the English poet Cowper was celebrating were the
windows of American Tories, broken by the Sons of Liberty in the
run-up to the American Revolution. In Eighteenth Century America,
windows were expensive and difficult to replace. It was said you could
tell an American colonist's wealth by the size and number of the
windows in his house. As most of the high-ranking Tories loyal to the
King were rich, their windows became natural targets when the Sons of
Liberty wanted to send a message. If the head of the local militia was
a Tory, he would be persuaded to resign his commission by breaking his
windows. If a Boston merchant refused to join the boycott of British
goods, he would have to hire a glazier in the morning. Tax collectors
and other crown functionaries shuttered their houses, only have the
shutters torn from their hinges by a mob and then have their windows
broken. Sounds harsh? The rise of American independence was
accompanied by the tune of breaking glass, and we wouldn't be free
today without it.
Of course how free we are, and are going to
be, is the question, isn't it? Eight years ago I wrote a speculative
piece of fiction called "The Window War" about what might happen if
gunowners, outraged by one too many laws restricting their natural,
God-given and traditional rights, took the Sons of Liberty's methods
to heart and hand.
The
story circulated to modest approval in the email circles of my fellow
gunnies and then dropped into the electronic wastebasket of history.
Dropped, that is, until the election crisis of 2000. On the 11th of
November of that disputatious year, a fellow named Jeff Head reposted
The Window War on the Free Republic website with the notation: "Not
advocating anything here. . .just wondering if Mike had thought about
a work of fiction called "'Window War II' as it applies to fraudulent
elections?" Free Republic was at that time (before its editorial
sanitizing in later years by the myrmidons of the Republican National
Committee) the premier forum by which conservative activists
communicated. Other "Freeper" posters agreed, saying things like "have
rocks will travel". The discussion percolated for a few days and then
died, until....
"We would not tolerate an illegal
government."

West Palm Beach, Fla. (Reuters)
Dozens
of supporters of Republican George W. Bush protested on Friday
against what they called Democrat efforts to "steal" the U.S.
Presidential election for Al Gore as Friday's Palm Beach and Broward
counties plowed on with reviewing disputed ballots. . .
Unknown
persons threw a brick through a window at the Democratic Party's
Broward County headquarters late on Thursday or early on Friday when
the office was closed, police said. Scrawled on the brick was the
message: : "We would not tolerate an illegal government."
Plantation, Florida, police were investigating the incident, in
which no one was injured.
Within 34 minutes this story was posted on Free Republic with the
screaming banner: "The Window War has Begun!" Whether because of the
intimidation of the brick or not, the Broward County Dems folded their
recount efforts shortly thereafter, and one by one, the rest of the
Florida Democratic Party county election officials involved in
recounts followed suit over the next several days. Eventually, the
Supreme Court settled the issue.
"We have been too
law-abiding."
You know, I'd like to think that the
fellow who threw that brick had read my piece, but I have no idea.
Even if he did, did the brick intimidate the Broward County Dems? Who
knows? But I do know this: liberals as a class are cowards. The
political/business/racial-identity cabal that makes up the Amnesty
Conspiracy are cowards as well. Heck, I know of no American liberals
who have been willing to personally suffer, let alone die, for any of
their misbegotten beliefs since the early 1960s. They get government
to do the heavy lifting for them. They genuflect at its altar and
cannot comprehend anyone else who doesn't. And one other thing: they
never, ever think that their public actions and pronouncements will
have private consequences . And why should they? As I observed in
the afterward to "The Window War":
"For sixty years, the liberals have used our respect for the law
against us. Each time they moved the line of law to further their
agenda, breaking off a bit of the Constitution, we, as law-abiding
citizens have backed up grumbling but complying. And why should they
stop pushing us back from our God-given liberties? We've never
pushed back to stop them. We have been too law-abiding."
"I aim to misbehave."
We are at a crossroads
in our history. No one can deny it. If this amnesty passes into law,
everything after it will be changed in ways that are surely as
preventable as they are foreseeable. The Mandarin class of our
"betters" has decided they no longer need to listen to us. How then
shall we get their attention? What will it take to change the
disastrous future they seek to write for us?
Maybe a Sons of
Liberty brick through the window of every Democrat and Republican
county headquarters with "Jail illegal employers!" written on one side
and "No amnesty!" on the other will work. As a tactic, it does have
the advantage of having been successfully employed in the past. Just
ask Sam Adams. It is past time to demonstrate to the arrogant
political class who believe themselves to be our rulers and not our
servants that the Sons of Liberty still live. It is time to get their
attention. It is time, in the words the fictional Captain Malcolm
Reynolds of the Firefly class space freighter Serenity, to
"misbehave." Remember, "behaving" has gotten us to this point. What
have we got to lose? More importantly, what will we lose if we don't?
For
those of you who would hesitate at vandalism in liberty's cause,
perhaps you could deliver the brick to your particular politician's
office with the message and the implication. They listened last year
when thousands shipped bricks to them to build the wall. Maybe they'll
listen if you tell them that this time it's through the door by mail,
next time it's through the window by hand. Heck, just print out this
essay and wrap the brick in it. They'll get the message.
There
are those who say that I should be arrested for simply making the
suggestion that deliberate political vandalism in the defense of
liberty is no vice. I quote to them, "If this be treason, then make
the most of it!" To my American brothers and sisters of all races,
religions and creeds, who believe as I do -- to those who believe not
in the false collectivist promises of those who would rule us, but in
the individual liberty and prosperity of the shining city on a hill
that was and is the promise of the Founder's Republic -- I say to you:
"ROCK 'EM." Let the Window War begin. It won't take long to get the
attention of the cowardly and treasonable Amnesty Conspirators. And
when we do, somewhere Sam Adams and the Sons of Liberty of old will be
smiling.

MEXICO CITY – A unique strain of swine flu is the suspected killer of
dozens of people in Mexico, where authorities closed schools, museums,
libraries and theaters in the capital on Friday to try to contain an
outbreak that has spurred concerns of a global flu epidemic.
The worrisome new virus — which combines genetic material from pigs,
birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before — also
sickened at least eight people in Texas and California, though there
have been no deaths in the U.S.
"We are very, very concerned," World Health Organization spokesman
Thomas Abraham said. "We have what appears to be a novel virus and it
has spread from human to human ... It's all hands on deck at the moment."
The outbreak caused alarm in Mexico, where more than 1,000 people have
been sickened. Residents of the capital donned surgical masks and
authorities ordered the most sweeping shutdown of public gathering
places in a quarter century. President Felipe Calderon met with his
Cabinet Friday to coordinate Mexico's response.
The WHO was convening an expert panel to consider whether to raise the
pandemic alert level or issue travel advisories.
It might already be too late to contain the outbreak, a prominent U.S.
pandemic flu expert said late Friday.
Today the flu is south of the border in large numbers, how long before
it appears in our border states carried by illegals? We will have Bush
to thank for allowing the borders to stay open on his watch, and the

this morning (April 13, 2009) that the Big Labor unions signed an
accord that "endorses legalizing the status of illegal immigrants
already in the United States. . ." The Times said this endorsement had
been worked out by "consulting between the two [union] federations and
with a variety of Hispanic organizations and advocate groups for
immigrants."
This union sellout is the latest sign that every group in America that
can make a fast buck on illegal immigration is lining up to push the
gigantic amnesty backed by the Obama administration, Senate Majority
Leader Harry Reid, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

A year ago, one of my grandchildren was diagnosed with whooping cough,
and everyone in the family who had any contact were immediately put on
antibiotics. My wife and I were given Zithromax, a 5 day treatment.
Pertusis is an airborn bacterial disease that has been eradicated in the
USA for more than a generation. It has popped back up because illegal
aliens are carriers. Other country's children are not given
immunizations the way we were as children. We are being flooded by
invading hordes of illegals who are disease carriers. Our former
president, Jorge W. Bush, wanted to give away citizenship and everything
as a gift package to these illegal alien criminals. Many members of the
Republicna party sided with him. Most members of the Socialist Democrat
caucus in the house and senate were with him too. The front men in the
senate were Teddy Kennedy and John McCain. The Obamessiah is also for an
amnesty and citizenship for the illegal alien criminal disease carriers.
He voted with the rest of the panderers in the senate the last two years.
...of 2007 included all sorts of criminals (druggies, swindlers, and all
brands of assorted low lifes) but nothing for Ramos or Compean, two
border patrol cops who were railroaded into prison by Bush and his pet
prosecutor, Johnny Sutton. They gave a "Get out of jail and cross the
border FREE" card to the drug smuggler and paid him to testify
against the cops. Bush is still pissed that an amnesty will not be his
parting legacy as he leaves office.
I wonder if he will immediately head for his compound in Paraguay? He
did not totally succeed in converting us to a banana republic so he
bought his own piece of one.
It will be fascinating to see what the 2008 pardon and commutation list
looks like as Bush sprints from office. The Clinton list was VERY

That Ramos and Compean were convicted for doing thier duty at the border
is one injustice... that El Presidente Bush let it drag on this long is

John McCain was interviewed on Sept. 15 by the Hispanic broadcaster Jorge
Ramos, and the Senator let a few cats out of the bag, like his
intention of engineering a massive amnesty beginning on the first day of
his Presidency. Apparently the idea that he “got”
voter objections for rewarding lawbreaking foreigners doesn’t translate
well into Spanish.

the last time we talk, you told us that it would take a year or two to
secure the border, and then you said we can address the other part of
it. Would that include massive legalization for millions of
undocumented immigrants in this country?
McCain: I think it means that we go
through a step by step process of allowing people to apply and achieve
citizenship in this country, of course. But, I want to point out
again; it’s a little more complicated.
U: It goes against the platform of your party,
by the way, because they are against the legalization of millions of
undocumented immigrants.
M: My position is very clear, and that was part
of our proposal, that I took up twice. By the way, Senator Obama tried
to kill it, because he proposed an amendment that would have done away
with any temporary worker program. So, there is a huge difference
there. So, what we need to do is take the two million according to
(Michael) Chertoff, that have broken laws in our country, and deport
or imprison them. They are law breakers. Other people who have come
here and have been here for a period of time and are law abiding
citizens [ed: WRONG! illegal residents but NOT citizens!] and
are willing to go through a certain process, of course, there are not
twelve million pairs of handcuffs in America.
So, we can
together, republicans and democrats, work out this issue, provide a
path to citizenship, on the principle that they do not take any
priority over anyone who came to this country legally, or waited
legally. And, of course they should pay a fine, because they acted
illegally. But, our heritage, the heritage of this country, is people
who have come to this country for a better life, and as I said at the
Convention, these are God’s children and it will be done in a humane
and compassionate fashion.
U: Senator Barack Obama told us in an interview
that he would present a comprehensive immigration reform to congress
during the first year. Could you match that?
M: Sure, I would do it in the first day, but I
was the one who led, I was the one who led with Senator (Ted) Kennedy,
a great political risk to myself. Senator Obama tried to kill it,
because he was doing what the unions wanted. The unions in America do
not want a temporary worker program, so Senator Obama came to the
floor and had an amendment that would have basically killed
immigration reform, because it was a fragile coalition between
republicans and democrats. So, don’t let Senator Obama get away with
saying that he supports comprehensive reform, when he tried to kill it.
Does McCain think Sarah Palin can shield him from this level of perfidy?
I don’t think that’s going to work.

the way Monday for the execution of Jose Medellin, one of 51 Mexican
nationals on U.S. death row, for his role with five other members of a
Houston gang in the 1993 murder and rape of two teenage girls.
The
Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles on Monday rejected Medellin's request
for a reprieve. Medellin, 33, is scheduled to die by lethal injection at
6 p.m. CDT today.
WASHINGTON
— As he awaits execution Tuesday for the brutal rape and murder of two
Houston teenagers 15 years ago...
Allison Castle, a spokeswoman
for the governor, "This is an individual who along with five others
brutally and viciously gang-raped, stomped, kicked, slashed, strangled
and murdered two young teenage girls. We don’t care where you’re from.
If you commit a despicable crime like this in Texas, you’ll face the
ultimate penalty under our laws."
"Jose Medellin is nothing
more than a poster boy for the death penalty," said Jennifer’s father,
Randy Ertman, who now lives in a country residence near Somerville with
Sandra, his wife of more than 30 years. "He’s been on Death Row longer
than Jennifer was alive."

down days to Medellin’s execution
HOUSTON --
One of Houston's most notorious killers is set to die on Tuesday. And
with just three days before gang-rapist Jose Medellin is scheduled to be
executed, Adolfo Pena, the father of one his victims, says he's counting
down the days to justice. “He is still a scumbag to me. And like I said,
he deserves to die,” said Pena.
On
June 24, 1993, then-18-year-old Medellín and six other young men
gathered in a Houston park for a fight that served as an initiation rite
into the Black and White gang. After the fight was over, the teenagers
were walking along a set of nearby railroad tracks when they passed two
young girls, 14-year-old Jennifer Ertman and 16-year-old Elizabeth Peña.
The boys grabbed them; the two girls were raped multiple times,
strangled, and left for dead.

The disparity between the two candidates underscores the Democratic
candidate's appeal on a continent where Obamamania seems to have taken
hold of expatriates and Europeans alike.
Obama has been much more sophisticated about Internet usage, and when
you live overseas that's the easiest way to contribute. (ed: The
internet makes election year fraud much easier to do and harder to

Each donor is permitted to give a maximum of $2,300 for each election,
but since the primaries are regarded as a separate election, a person
can make two separate donations of $2,300 before the general election in
November. While some gave the maximum, others made contributions in the
$10 and $25 range.

to donate large sums of cash (over $100,000) to Democrat causes and then

Only U.S. citizens are permitted to contribute to presidential
campaigns. (ed: But in light of the Fieger Precedent, that is no
barrier to the Democrats.)

What is driving the soul deep yearning for the Obamessiah here and
overseas? Three words describe it best: Bush Derangement Syndrome
BDS - The expressed naked hatred of Bush and that fear of a McCain
presidency as Bush 3. Flip the coin and an Obamessiah presidency is
Jimmy Carter 2. I say he would be MUCH WORSE. He doesn't have a brother

Europeans are being given a chance to express the BDS and possibly get a
vote if the Dems can figure a way to manufacture enough fake expatriate
voter registrations to allow for absentee ballots for all of them. Be
alert for them to try to block ballots from overseas serving airmen,
soldiers, sailors, and marines.
We have illegal aliens here who managed to get registered before the
drivers license/motor voter easy portal to voter registration was
clamped down. We have heard an estimate that up to 3% of the vote is
illegals and it is enough to sway the results one way or the other. In
this years election it almost doesn't matter because both sides are
belly crawling panderers to illegals, and will give legal status to
these criminals. I just want to block the illegal vote.
How will the illegals, that have managed to register to vote, accomplish
the deed this year? Absentee Ballots, now that they are
registered they can vote where no one can challenge their vote. The
absentee ballot is the means that Democrats use to manufacture graveyard
votes, pet registration votes, New England-Florida Snowbird votes. They
are endlessly creative at ways to defraud the voting public. The
absentee ballot offers the easiest means to manufacture large numbers of
fraudulent votes. Electronic, non-paper, voting machines are right in
the mix now that butterfly ballots are no longer used.
Health Care For Illegals - Part and Parcel of Obama and McCain Amnesty Dreams
Remember back to the big panderfests of the 2006-2007 legislative years
when our elected representatives were clawing and scratching to see who
could grovel the lowest before the illegals. Senate Bill 2611 was one of
the results. We have the list of all those who voted for it. Obama and
McCain are on the list. Both voted to give social security to illegals.
The votes are part of public record. Obama and McCain are on record
voting to give fake background checks to illegals, then allowing them to
stay with benefits without having to wait for citizenship.
On this topic when you point a finger at one candidate, you must include
the other.
Nobody wants to die waiting in line - especially not behind someone

Democrats' single most important domestic proposal — universal health
insurance — may blow up in Barack Obama's face when voters are exposed
to the deadly details.
Obama has said, proudly and often, "I am going to give health insurance
to 47 million Americans who are now without coverage." But are they
"Americans?"
That 47 million statistic includes illegal immigrants, who virtually all
lack insurance. In fact, about one in four of those lacking insurance is

Care for illegals is the biggest unmet medical need in our nation, and
Obama's program targets it squarely. But do we really want to give them
federally paid coverage equal to what US senators get, as Obama
proposes? (...and as McCain also hopes? He is letting Obama be the
lightning rod, but he too holds this as a fervent desire.)
McCain and Obama shared dreams = amnesty and other liberal issues
McCain has decided to forego support of conservatives as we would polute
the purity of his Republican Neo-Democrats, the support
coalition that has fueled his campaign to be the figurehead of the ex-GOP,
now RND.
On the other hand, The DNC has issued a call to their party weedroots
faithfull to help write the party platform. There are some 600 or so
platform committees across the country. Does anyone seriously believe
that the Socialist Democrats will actually listen to Joe Sixpack about
what he wants? Rush Limbaugh has just issued new orders for Operation
Chaos operatives to join the fun.
This truly is a strange campaign year. McCain has done all in his power
to push away conservatives including the religious right. Obama,
supporter of homosexuality and abortion, is trying to convince
Christians that he is also a Christian and wants them to vote for him.
Unfortunately there are a sizable number of Christians that are
politically ignorant sheeples who do not look past the surface
appearance. They will vote for Obama because Rev. Pfleger, the
pro-abortion Catholic priest of the Chicago diocese's Saint Sabina RCC,
and other liberal pseudo-Christian reverends says to vote this way. The
Cardinal of Chicago turns a blind eye to most of this activity in his
backyard.
Amnesty for criminal border jumpers, drug dealers and mules, and
terrorist OTMs is what John McCain scrambled, scratched and fought to
achieve during the 2006 and 2007 legislative years standing hip to hip
with Senator Kennedy. McCain and Obama passed the terrorist bill of
rights with affirmative votes from Senators Clinton and Lieberman (and a
majority of Socialist Democrat senators), which would fit in with a
general amnesty for all illegals, if enacted. McCain and Obama voted to
give away social security (which is already going broke) to illegals.
McCain is travelling the same road with Kennedy, Feingold, and other
Socialist Democrats. McCain is the secret weapon of the socialist
Democrats in this election. McCain holds hands with Algore in his quest
for global dominion, forcing everyone to start riding bicycles so the
elites can have all the fuel for their jets. Obama is a YES MAN for this
issue. If elected, McCain will take over the global warming issue as his
own. Fortunately, McCain is so old that he cant ride that horse for many
years without a pact with the devil.
Senator Obama is right in there trying to show how socialist he is,
voting for everything pushed his way by the Socialist Democrat party. He
wants to remind everyone of his street agitator/organizer roots in
Chicago. In the Illinois legislature, he was preparing for higher
office, voting "present" over 70% of the time rather than leave a back
trail to look at. Senator Obama is 100% pro-abortion and is lauded for
this by the National Abortion Rights Action League.
That is, for what change is left in your pockets...

According to grieving father Ray Tranchant, his daughter Tessa and her
best friend Allison Kunhardt, “were just sitting at the light, strapped
in their seat belts. They were just doing what they were supposed to be
doing.”

The girls were very close friends, known to finish each other's
sentences. Tessa's mom Colette called the two “inseparable.”
They were outgoing, fun-loving and had many friends. It’s a terrible
tragedy that their lives ended so young, and that the accident could
have been prevented if Washington were doing its job of maintaining secure
borders.
There seems to be a complete disconnect between Senators in DC and the
working citizens of the USA. This is nothing new though because the
three remaining presidential candidates, the Three Stooges (Moebama,
HilLarry, and CurleyCain), are all supreme panderers to the illegal
alien component of all the immigrants that they want to flood the
country with. The dearest wish of all these politicians is to kick all
current workers out of their jobs and replace them with no-wage/low wage
workers/slaves. Sounds a bit facetious but it is true nonetheless. They
will deny it with words but will vote for it in committee and on the
senate floor.
THE INCREDIBLE INGREDIENTS OF THE SENATE'S NOXIOUS AMNESTY STEW
Rosemary Jenks (our Vice President, Government Relations) just called me
after finishing reading the Iraq supplemental spending bill as it came
out of committee. It would:
Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to all
illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and
dairy herders.
Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens
working in other agricultural jobs -- plus all of their families. There
is no instruction on what happens after the five years.
Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill,
non-agricultural seasonal workers.
Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards for
skilled foreign workers.
Friends, perhaps you are thinking what I'm thinking: Don't these
Senators know that we are in an economic recession, or close to it?
Don't they know that unemployment rates have been going up and that
industries across the country are shedding both skilled and unskilled
jobs?
If ever you doubted that U.S. Senators live lives disconnected from
ordinary Americans, you could see it Thursday as 17 of them fell all
over themselves to drastically increase the number of foreign workers
allowed to hold U.S. jobs!
RIDICULOUS CLAIMS ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF FOOD WITHOUT AN AMNESTY
Senators Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.), Larry Craig (R-Idaho) and Barbara
Mikulski (D-Md.) led the way to protect our economy from having to
figure out ways to hire some of the 14 million-plus American workers who
are trying to find a job but can't.
Especially interesting is their claim that we will fail to harvest crops
and feed the world this year without an amnesty for illegal aliens. They
made the same claim in each of the last four years. Each time that we
beat back the amnesty, the harvests still happened! How many times does
Feinstein have to cry wolf (or rotting crops) before people stop paying
attention?
Of course, the outlaw businesses that scream for illegal aliens do have
more to fear this year because various enforcement policies (federal,
state and local) are beginning to drive more and more illegal aliens
home.
What we have to constantly remind everybody, though, is that each of
these outlaw growers at any time can come clean, go straight and become
a legal, patriotic member of the business community by importing any
needed foreign ag workers through the H-2A temporary worker program.
There is no limit on how many they can import as long as they pay them
decently and ensure that they go home.
The North Carolina Growers Association has used the H-2A visa program
for years and opposes all efforts at amnesty for illegal alien ag
workers. If the program works fine for North Carolina farmers, why do
farmers in other part of the country insist that only illegal aliens
will fit the bill?
THE VERY LOW CRITERIA FOR QUALIFYING FOR AN AG AMNESTY
Rosemary says you don't have to have spent much time in the fields to
qualify for Feinstein and Craig's amnesty.
You only have to meet ONE of the following three criteria to get the
amnesty:
Earned $7,000 working in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.
Or worked 863 hours in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.
Or worked at least a little bit in agriculture on 150 different days
during the 2004-2007 period.
That amounts to an average of $1,750 per year ...
... or 216 hours per year (the equivalent of 4 hours per week) ...
... or parts of 37 days per year.
DO THEY THINK THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND THAT WE COULD POSSIBLY
ACCEPT THAT ILLEGAL ALIENS WORKING THAT LITTLE IN AGRICULTURE ARE
ESSENTIAL TO THE SURVIVAL OF AGRI-BUSINESS IN AMERICA!!!!!!
The answer is that they really hope we are that stupid or just
incredibly unfocused. All the right-wing business lobbyists, leftist

(May 16) At yesterday's markup of the Iraq supplemental appropriations
bill, the Senate Appropriations Committee committed an outrageous
act of disrespect for our men and women in uniform and to the citizens
of this country by adopting an amendment by Sen. Dianne
Feinstein (D-Calif.) that gives amnesty to illegal-alien
agricultural workers. The copy of the amendment obtained by NumbersUSA
indicates a maximum of 1.35 million illegal aliens, plus their families,
could obtain "emergency agricultural worker status" for
a five-year period. However, the amendment also provides for an
adjustment of status, which paves the way for permanent legalization.
Liberal Gospel According to McCain: Global Warming is REAL
McCain has abandoned any chance of support from REAL conservatives.
Neo-cons/faux-cons falling all over themselves to support McCain while
saying "What choice do we have?" Michigan's Chuck Yob (google him) and
his son are perfect examples of this mind set. They are the Michigan
cheer leaders for McCain.
He has moved farther left and this is just the start as he tries to
out-liberal career socialists.
That old liberal candidate chosen for the GOP by crossover Democrats
says that global warming is real. He blames our exhalation of carbon
dioxide as the primary green house gas. He is joining the liberals in
their efforts to blame the USA for global warming. McCain is trying to
highlight how different he is from Republicans to the right of his
position, like George Bush. McCain wants to appear to his Democrat
supporters as a good little liberal like Clinton and Obama.
I wonder if he has asked Algore to be his VP? Would Algore take
something like this? NAH! That is just silly speculation. McCain doesn't
need Algore to establish his liberal credentials. He has been flashing
them for years. They have moved covert agents into the GOP in key
positions to support this kind of candidate.
NOTE to grassroots conservative activists and candidates; You now have
the opportunity to identify the close supporters and confidants of
liberal John McCain. A purge of the party at the grassroots local party
level will be necessary if the GOP is to recover. Party politics starts
at the roots and radiates upward. Otherwise the party is on the way out
and conservatives may have to form a new party to offset the New Liberal
Republicans and the Socialist Liberal Democrats.
The choices this year are between a liberal Democrat and a liberal
Republican.... damned poor choices either way. The differences between
candidates are increasingly being seen as purely cosmetic surface
appearances. They are politically compatible.
We can expect another 4 years of attempts to give amnesty to illegal
aliens. McCain is promising this, and the Democrats have been 100%
steadfast supporters of amnesty for illegal aliens.
Will the patriots have the patience and strength to hold out another 4
years of globalist traitors in the hopes of getting someone that is a
patriotic American as president?
I admit to a feeling of fatigue and a sorrow at the direction the
country is heading.
On reading George Bush's discourse to the New York Economic Club last
week, Cicero's insight came to mind: "To be ignorant of what occurred
before you were born is to remain always a child."
With Iraq entering its sixth year, the dollar sinking to peso levels,
the economy careening into recession, and 12 million to 20 million
illegal aliens roosting here, Bush alerted us to what really worries him:
"I'm troubled by isolationism and protectionism ... (and) another 'ism,'
and that's nativism. And that's what happened throughout our history.
And probably the most grim reminder of what can happen to America during
periods of isolationism and protectionism is what happened in the late
-- in the '30s, when we had this America First policy and Smoot-Hawley.
And look where it got us."

that are occupying US territory and taking jobs that citizens would do

Let us try to sort out this dog's breakfast.
First, America was never isolationist. From its birth, the republic was
a great trading nation with ties to the world. True, in 1935, 1936 and
1937, a Democratic Congress passed and FDR signed neutrality acts to
keep us out of the Italo-Abyssinian and Spanish civil wars. And FDR did
say, "We are not isolationist except insofar as we seek to isolate
ourselves completely from war." But how did staying out of Abyssinia and
Spain hurt America?
As for Smoot-Hawley, it was a tariff enacted in June 1930, nine months
after the Crash of 1929, which occurred, as Milton Friedman won a Nobel
Prize for proving, when the stock market bubble, caused by the Fed's
easy money policy, burst. Smoot-Hawley had nothing to do with a
Depression that began in 1929 and lasted through FDR's first two terms.
This is a liberal myth, probably taught to Mr. Bush by New Deal
Democrats at the Milton Academy.
America First was an organization of 800,000 anti-interventionists
formed at Yale in 1940 by patriots like Gerald Ford, Potter Stewart and
Sargent Shriver, backed by John F. Kennedy, to check FDR's drive to war.
Herbert Hoover supported it, and its greatest spokesman was the Lone
Eagle, Charles Lindbergh.
But America First did not make policy. FDR did. And it was FDR who, by
cutting off Japan's oil in July 1941, rebuffing Prince Konoye's offer to
meet him in the Pacific or Alaska and issuing a virtual ultimatum on
Nov. 26, 1941 -- to get out of China -- that propelled Japan to its
fatal decision to attack Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7.

Today, I opened my email account and saw an email entitled "The
McCain Pledge" and my heart started racing...
Is it possible? Is McCain really going to make an anti-amnesty pledge or
sign the NumbersUSA immigration pledge?

I was wildly optimistic! It is not true. McCain is still the old time
boot licking panderer that was revealed to all in 2006 when he
demonstrated the proper positions for pandering to illegal alien
criminals while ignoring the rule of law.
The pledge spoken of in the email is a pledge to support McCain, not the
other way around. He expects everyone to kowtow and crawl to him.

In todays mail he says "If you believe as I do that the differences
between me and Senators Clinton and Obama are very real..."
John, I believe that on immigration, there is NO DIFFERENCE between any
of you. You are all amnesty panderers and will attempt to subvert the
rule of law to legalize millions of illegal aliens criminals. All three
of you voted for amnesty and social security for illegals. Not a
microgram of difference among the three on immigration.

John, please explain how legalizing criminal invaders is placing America
before other considerations. America is a nation of LEGAL immigrants

McCain Strategist: Win Over Conservative Leaders One at a Time
McCain better start thinking of ways to win over the conservative
grassroots. Unlike his liberal supporters, we actually think for
ourselves, paying attention to news and information. We are not
undecideds.
Sen. John McCain will be spending a lot of face time in the coming
months with top conservative leaders, in an effort to win them over
one-by-one, top McCain strategist Charlie Black tells Newsmax.
“You have to go get the conservative leaders who have a following one at
a time. [McCain] has been doing this for several months, and has some
very prominent conservatives on board now… We’re taking them one at a
time,” Black told Newsmax this week.
Did you notice how that was worded? "We’re taking them one at a
time"... yep, rats in a trap, we're takin' them one at a time. Notice
that he doesn't name any of these "very prominent conservatives"?
McCain’s address last weekend to a closed-door session of movement
conservatives at the Council on National Policy went better than some
had expected. “He got a good reception, a lot of applause, and a good
standing ovation at the end,” Black said. “We didn’t expect it to be
unanimous. He just wanted to reach out to the group and answer their
questions.”
McCain’s comments on immigration – a hot button issue for conservatives
– were surprisingly well received, given the boos and catcalls that
greeted McCain when he raised the issue at the Conservative Political
Action Conference in Washington, DC last month.
At CPAC, McCain acknowledged that he had “failed” in his efforts at
immigration reform, and that he had heard the criticisms from the right
that any new legislation must first secure the nation’s borders.
At CNP, McCain laid out in detail his plans to secure the border with
Mexico with a mix of technologies, from a manned physical barrier to
sophisticated electronic monitoring systems and Predator drones.
“But we have to remember these are God’s children,” McCain said. “We
will handle this in a humane fashion.” He then pledged that no one who
has come into the United States illegally “will get precedence” over
someone who has come legally or who has waited legally to come into the
country, comments that were greeted with sustained applause.
Notice that he is still planning an amnesty. It is VERY much in
the works no matter what anyone says. He just wants to give all of "Gods
Children" full citizenship and social security. He says they wont be at
the head of the line but they dont have to exit and wait their turn
either. Amnesty Alert!
Lets see him pull me into his campaign... I cant imagine a
strategy that he could use to make me want to support him.

opportunity to rebuild the type of coalition that swept Ronald Reagan to
victory in 1980 and again in 1984.

(1) Reagan built a coalition of CONSERVATIVES of all political

Soros/Heinz-Kerry, whose campaign staff are paid through the
Soros/Heinz-Kerry funded Reform Institute. If this is true, how are we
to believe anything that spews out of his mouth.

Since NAFTA was implemented jobs have been fleeing the country, and the
ones that satayed have been changing out US workers for h1-b visa low
wage workers after the citizen trained his replacement. This will be
their argument. It disregards that Slick Willy and Company was a fanatic

government allowing the invasion of our territory without a shot being
fired from our side. It also lists some criminal activity by illegals
that was 100% preventable if the federal government was doing its job.
This is a topic that must be kept in mind as candidates from both the
Democrats (Clinton and Obama) and Republicans (McCain) are for open
borders and unrestricted immigration. These candidates of both parties
have voted for amnesty legislation. These same candidates have voted to
give away social security benefits to illegal aliens. This is something
to keep in mind this coming November when you vote for one or the other
(or do a write-in for a real conservative patriot like Alan Keyes
or Duncan Hunter). Did you know that Alan Keyes was
running this year? No? The MSM kingmakers have kept that fact VERY quiet
while lionizing Barack Hussein Obama.
The MSM is part of the amnesty cabal so none of ths should be a big
surprize to anyone.

Bill Frist (VOLPAC), warning that the Democrat iceberg is coming to sink
the GOP Titanic, the unsinkable.

A runaway train better illustrates what had become of the Republicans
in the senate under Frist leadership. Nothing changed after you turned
over the controls. The RINOs were just as adamant for amnesty and

When you were the "majority" leader, you lead the party into the sewer

President Bush is pushing for a massive $1.4 billion, multi-year
foreign-aid package for Mexico that is designed to help that country
secure their southern border...
Yes, Bush has done everything in his power to leave our borders
unprotected but wants to send $1.4 billion (1400 stacks of a million
dollars) to Mexico!
Congress recently reduced funding for our own border security efforts,
particularly for the border fence, giving money to a foreign country to
secure their border would seem almost too unbelievable to be true.
Bush will spend this for Mexico but not for the USA.
Unfortunately, it is true and the plan is called "The Merida
Initiative." The funding for this initiative is tucked into the 2008
supplemental budget...
We could expect no less from the corrupt politicians in our
government.
Many of the meetings to create "The Merida Initiative"
were held in secret by government representatives of both Mexico
and the USA, without congressional input.
The proposed Merida Initiative is set to go before congress soon for
approval. The entire funding package should be rejected outright and the
$1.4 Billion should be immediately re-allocated and put to better use in
securing our own border by hiring more Border Patrol agents, completing
the border fence, speeding up the deportation of illegal aliens and
upgrading the training and firepower of state and local law enforcement
agencies in border states and ports of entry.
Let's secure America's border first, before we try to secure another
country's border.

Candidate's Reform Institute also accepted funds from Teresa Kerry

As Sen. John McCain assumes the GOP front-runner mantle, his
long-standing, but little-noticed association with left-wing donors such
as George Soros and Teresa Heinz Kerry is receiving new attention among
his Republican critics.
In 2001, McCain founded the Alexandria, Va.-based Reform Institute as a
vehicle to receive funding from George Soros' Open Society Institute and
Teresa Heinz Kerry's Tides Foundation and several other prominent
non-profit organizations.
George Soros is a name that many on both sides of the aisle
recognize. For Conservatives he is the name of that devil with the deep
pockets behind the socialization of America and the world. If Liberalism
breeds there, more than likely, Soros' checkbook is somewhere attached.
John
McCain is the name of a Republican that has taken over the lead for the
2008 Presidential nomination and has many Conservatives befuddled
because they do not care to vote for him, but feel that they must
because he is still much better than his liberal Democrat counterparts.
Not voting for John McCain, the Conservative has reasoned, is like
voting for Barack Obama or Hillary Rodham Clinton.
When
considering John McCain's left-leaning tendencies, however, it comes to
no surprise that he associates with a left-wing donor such as George
Soros. In fact,
When CQ first covered the Bradley Smith interview that started the
blogswarm on the FEC and the BCRA this week, I noted several unusual
relationships between the donors and the institute, all hinging on Richard
Davis, RI's president and John McCain's campaign manager.
Since Davis also acts as McCain's chief political advisor, I found it
odd that the RI -- which pays Davis a $110,000 "consulting fee" annually
instead of a salary as its president -- received money from donors such
as the sources that follow below.
Bear in mind, please, that foundations don't just line up to hand out
cash. Rick Davis has to apply and then campaign for these funds, as
budgets are limited even for the richest foundations. They carefully
select their grantees to ensure that they support the overall mission of
the foundation. Why would a close political advisor to John McCain go to
these sources almost exclusively for the major funding of the non-profit
that seeks to support McCain, a supposedly conservative Republican?
The Tides Foundation, which heavily promotes "reproductive
justice", giving over $500,000 to pro-abortion efforts. They also
actively oppose the death penalty (so do I, FYI). John McCain opposes
abortion and supports the death penalty, so why is his chief political
advisor getting so much support from those who ostensibly oppose him?
Educational Foundation Of America, which also supports abortion.
EFA also opposes drilling in ANWR, an issue on which McCain has an
ambivalent record. It also supports euthanasia and assisted suicide
through the Death With Dignity National Center, a group which it gave
$45,000. It gave $100,000 to the Alliance for Nuclear Accountability,
which opposed the Yucca Mountain nuclear depository (McCain supported
it), and opposes development of low-yield nuclear "bunker buster" bombs,
which McCain supports.
In fact, EFA appears to contribute to just about every left-wing cause
imaginable, as well as a number of noncontriversial charities and
outreach efforts.
The Proteus Fund, which also opposed the Yucca Mountain
repository, spending $75K to stop it. That pales in comparison to the
$935K they spent on supporting gay marriage initiatives, which McCain
strongly opposes. They have also spent over $800,000 funding
nuclear-disarmament and antiwar causes in each of the last two years.
Their Security Policy Working Group contains nothing but left-of-center
groups like Project on Defense Alternatives, which calls the Iraqi
elections "faulty" and predicted disaster for the Bush administration's
"program of coercive transformation throughout the region."
OSI (Open Society Institute), founded and funded by George Soros.
Among a litany of left-wing causes supported by OSI are People For The
American Way, to support their Supreme Court Project. (Hint: It isn't
intended on assisting Bush get his nominees confirmed.) They also gave
$150,000 to the Campaign Legal Center, which will be important shortly.
David Geffen Foundation also shows up on the list, although not
in the top tier. David Geffen is an entertainment-industry mogul who
supports Democrats and left-wing causes. They do not have a website I
could find, but Activistcash.com notes that in 2002, most of the grants
Geffen gave went to environmental activists and the Tides Foundation and
Tides Center.
But the oddities don't end at the donors page for Reform Institute.
We've already detailed how McCain's chief political advisor earns a
six-figure income from the nonprofit which heavily promotes McCain and
the BCRA. As the New York Times noted yesterday, RI provides a
back-channel method of keeping his campaign staff employed without
McCain having to do any fundraising for his political campaigns -- and
avoiding the donation caps that come into play for his donors. And Davis
isn't the only beneficiary of this loophole.
Trevor Potter works as General Counsel to the Reform Institute.
Coincidentally or not, Potter also worked as general counsel to McCain
during his 2000 run for the presidency. Potter also is employed as
President and General Counsel to the Campaign Legal Center, making him a
direct beneficiary of the George Soros donation to this non-profit group
as well as at RI. Potter also released a "don't worry, be happy"
statement about the FEC's decision not to appeal the Shays-Meehan
lawsuit judgment overturning the Internet exemption to the BCRA which
failed to disclose Potter's connections to RI, Soros, or McCain.
John McCain, who has long campaigned on a promise to rid
politics of big money, not only has built himself a lucrative
third-party solution for fundraising but also a shelter to keep two of
his top campaign operatives employed between elections. These top
strategists also have an odd taste for funding sources, considering
McCain's public positions on key issues for his base. That money pays
their salaries and indicates a certain amount of influence among
McCain's political staff. It demonstrates better than anything else
could the corrosive nature of hidden money and back-channel dealings,
which the BCRA not only doesn't resolve but almost requires for campaign
fundraising.
This shows the futility of the BCRA just as much as it does the
hypocrisy of John McCain in creating it and expanding it. The only
solution for corruption is direct contributions that get immediate and
full disclosure, not limitations on political speech. I can't think of a
better example than the Byzantine mess I've described above to make that
point.

Juan Hernandez, the former Mexican Secretary For
Immigration Affairs under the Vicente Fox administration in Mexico, has
been discovered to be working for the John McCain campaign as their
Hispanic Outreach Director. For those who don't know Juan Hernandez is a
dual citizen of the United States and Mexico. Having worked in Mexico's
government and now apparently in ours, I consider him a double agent and
obviously not working in just the best interests of the United States,
but in the best interests of Mexico as well. These best interests
include allowing millions of illegal aliens in the United States to
remain here and in the future for millions more to come.

McCain says he has heard us but don't you believe it. He says he will
secure the borders and then we will talk about legalizing the criminals
in hiding.
So you still want to vote for McCain as the lesser of two evils? I'd say
that maybe we ought to think SERIOUSLY about a write-in candidate.
Now we find out that RINO John is a front man for the billionaire
socialist, George Soros, and an even better buddy of John Kerry than we
ever suspected, taking cash from Kerry's very liberal cash cow, Tides
Foundation.
Since my prime focus is the immigration mess that El Presidente Bush has
help fester, the immigration issue will be left to the next
administration. It is the intense desire of Bush (and McCain) to be the
Abraham Lincoln (figuratively speaking) of millions of illegal aliens as
his legacy. At this time, the El Presidente has been frustrated in the
amnesty quest and will pass the mantle and responsibility of freeing the
poor illegal aliens from the corrupt businessmen that hold them hostage
with low wages because they can. Of course if these criminal illegals
were not here, the point would be moot because the businessmen would
have to pay at least a living wage to US citizens or move the business
to Mexico or China. Some businesses can't be moved, example: lawn care
and tree/plant nurseries. Construction is another line of business that
loves to employ illegals.
McCain wants to legalize them in place, just hand them a green card with
the promise of citizenship for a token fee, somewhere near $1000 to
$3000 depending on which constituency he is pandering to.
We have fought HARD these past two years to stop McCain-Kennedy (with
Bush as another major player) from succeeding in their amnesty quest.
McCain on immigration in his own words:

learned anything from the recent immigration debate, it is that
Americans have little trust that their government will honor a pledge

includes not just the entry and exit of people, but also the effective
screening of cargo at our ports and other points of entry."
This is a step in the right direction. Notice that he has carefully
avoided mentioning his plan to legalize the in-place illegals and all
who can swim, walk, crawl across the border and claim to have been here.
No way to document, and this lack of documentation is forgiven by
panderers like McCain. McCain will give them legal standing, social
security, and an easy road to citizenship, in other words:

Hmmm another thought. We are going to have to dust off the Clinton "IS"
parser for use with Hillary. Might as well use it for the MSM's other
favorite since he tends to speak in parables and half truths.
McCain says he will do something he has never done before: "But even
in disagreement, especially in disagreement, I will seek the counsel
of my fellow conservatives."
Difficult considering that McCain is no conservative. He can talk the
talk but has never walked the walk. He has always been too fixated on
satisfying his liberal friends and the MSM. The most dangerous place to
stand has ALWAYS been between a TV camera and McCain's face.
How does McCain define the words "disagreement", "seek" and "counsel"?
Everyone, power up your parsers. They may get double duty this year with

McCain tries to assuage conservatives

John McCainis trying to ease long-standing distrust among
the party's powerful conservatives. It will be a slow process.
"I believe that the majority of Republican Party conservatives are
convinced that I'm best equipped to lead this country, unify our party
and take on the challenge of radical Islamic extremism," McCain told
reporters Saturday.
As Super
Tuesday looms — and the possibility that McCain could all but
wrap up the nomination — the chattering conservative class is in an
uproar. Talk show host Rush
Limbaugh has warned that McCain as standard-bearer would destroy
the Republican Party. Author and pundit
Ann Coulter, in jaw-dropping heresy, said she would campaign for
Democrat Hillary
Rodham Clinton if McCain wins the party nod. Commentators Laura
Ingraham, Sean
Hannity and Mark Levin have come out in support of McCain's
rival, Mitt
Romney.
Surrogates for the former Massachuttsetts governor have claimed that
McCain is outside the GOP
mainstream.
"If you are a Republican in the broadest sense, there is only one place
to go right now, and that's Mitt Romney," said former PennsylvaniaSen.
Rick Santorum.
In four terms in the Senate, McCain has built a solid conservative
record on scores of issues. He consistently opposed abortion and favored
gun rights. He has challenged runaway federal spending and lawmakers'
pet projects. He is a defense hawk and has been one of the strongest
backers of the Iraq war.

called "assault weapons" ban, an attack on the rights of citizens.
According to you, if it looks military it is an assault weapon, never
mind that it can NOT go full auto and is NOT a machine gun. By a broad
interpretation of your assault weapons ban, many hunting guns would be
affected after the Brady Bunch got through. Liz, we have better memories
than you give us credit for.]
But McCain has bucked the party over the years on high-profile issues
and, in doing so, made his share of enemies on the right.
He co-authored campaign-finance
reforms that critics say limit free speech, made combatting global
warming a priority and supported an eventual path to citizenship
for millions of illegal immigrants. He twice voted against President
Bush's tax cuts, favored relaxing restrictions on federal
financing of embryonic stem cell research and objected to a
constitutional amendment banning gay marriage although he opposes
same-sex unions.
To assuage conservatives, McCain has rolled out endorsements from
leading conservatives and aired a new television ad that mentions Ronald
Reagan. He plans to attend a major gathering of conservatives
later this month.

fight for the White House.

Back in 2006 and again in 2007 while you were having your pander
orgies with President Bush and the rest of the senate RINOs (Frist,
Hagel, Brownback, Martinez, and the rest of the gang of 23 RINOs), the
senate Democrats (39 of 'em including Obama and Clinton), La Raza and
the rest of the collaborators in the amnesty attempts, we very vocally

security, we would already have it and would not be in the middle of

Why is McCain doing this now? This is his last shot at elective
office. Back home in Arizona he could not run for dog catcher right now,
at least not as a Republican.
I wonder if he will immediately head for his compound in Paraguay? He
