Obamessiah wants to be Abortionist In Chief of the USA but says...

August 16th, 2008

Obama says pointed abortion query “above his pay grade”

Posted by: Ed Stoddard

DALLAS - U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama side-stepped a pointed query about abortion on Saturday by “mega-pastor” Rick Warren during a televised forum.

Asked at what point a baby gets “human rights,” Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: “… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question  with specificity … is above my pay grade.”

He went on to reiterate his view that it was important to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies.

===

...Above his pay grade until he is elected and ascends to his godhead position as the Obamessiah.

Translation of the above statement by Obama, "I dont need to decide. I'd kill them ALL!" (as his solution to pregnancies unwanted or otherwise...)

Obamessiah is the most liberal Senator in the US Senate. Omamessiah has a 100% pro-abortion voting record. He is recognized for this by NARAL (the National Abortion Rights Action League).

He specifically voted to allow "partial birth abortion" where the live baby is delivered feet first utill the skull still remains in the birth canal. Then the brains are sucked out, collapsing the skull.

This is the ULTIMATE sacrament to abortion lovers like Obamessiah.

The Obamessiah and Bush Derangement Syndrome

The Obamessiah is still touring and blessing his faithfull acolytes and converts. This is bringing showers of money from those who hope to vote for him in November. He is raking in cash from people who can not be held accountable because they are not living inside the borders of the USA. FEC says Obamessiah's collection plates have brought in over a million that they know of. When the Clintons sought cash from the Chinese and other foreign sources, those were below the radar and I would bet that Obama cash handlers have plenty of that brand of action too. Here is an excerpted (and commented by me - comments in italics) report from one of Obamessiah's press release distributions, AP via:

http://www.620ktar.com/index.php?nid=46&sid=909813&r=1

Obama beats McCain in Europe donations

July 25th, 2008

By GREGORY KATZ AP Writer (and Obama Spear Carrier)

LONDON (AP) - Barack Obama's campaign has received roughly 10 times more money from declared U.S. donors living in Germany, France and Britain than his Republican rival... as he makes his first tour of the continent as the presumed...(ed: [] Democrat nominee [] Messiah of the world.)

Federal Election Commission reports show Obama has raised at least $1 million... The European totals include contributions of $200 or more from each individual as election laws do not require campaigns to itemize lesser amounts. So it's possible Obama has received money from smaller donors... (ed: who are not US citizens and not US registered voters). (ed: How is the FEC able to closely track this on contributions made in foreign countries? Are the Obamessiah acolytes counting the collection plate and giving a daily tally to the FEC?)

Obama's many backers in Europe say they are motivated by a yearning for America to once again be viewed with respect by the rest of the world. (ed: This means that they want us to join the growing number of countries under socialist rule to become a World Union of Socialist Republics.)

The disparity between the two candidates underscores the Democratic candidate's appeal on a continent where Obamamania seems to have taken hold of expatriates and Europeans alike.

Obama has been much more sophisticated about Internet usage, and when you live overseas that's the easiest way to contribute. (ed: The internet makes election year fraud much easier to do and harder to trace. Thank Algore.)

Each donor is permitted to give a maximum of $2,300 for each election, but since the primaries are regarded as a separate election, a person can make two separate donations of $2,300 before the general election in November. While some gave the maximum, others made contributions in the $10 and $25 range.

(ed: This kinda makes you sit back and say "hmmmmm" as you ponder the fact that now we have the Fieger Precedent. Geoffy was able to get underlings and associates to donate large sums of cash (over $100,000) to Democrat causes and then reimburse them to disguise the source. This was held to be legal by a jury of HIS peers. Thus we have the Fieger Precedent for a way for Democrats to mask large cash contributions.)

Only U.S. citizens are permitted to contribute to presidential campaigns. (ed: But in light of the Fieger Precedent, that is no barrier to the Democrats.)

===

What is driving the soul deep yearning for the Obamessiah here and overseas? Three words describe it best: Bush Derangement Syndrome

BDS - The expressed naked hatred of Bush and that fear of a McCain presidency as Bush 3. Flip the coin and an Obamessiah presidency is Jimmy Carter 2. I say he would be MUCH WORSE. He doesn't have a brother Billy Bob, which would at least give some comic relief (Remember Billy Beer?)

Europeans are being given a chance to express the BDS and possibly get a vote if the Dems can figure a way to manufacture enough fake expatriate voter registrations to allow for absentee ballots for all of them. Be alert for them to try to block ballots from overseas serving airmen, soldiers, sailors, and marines.

We have illegal aliens here who managed to get registered before the drivers license/motor voter easy portal to voter registration was clamped down. We have heard an estimate that up to 3% of the vote is illegals and it is enough to sway the results one way or the other. In this years election it almost doesn't matter because both sides are belly crawling panderers to illegals, and will give legal status to these criminals. I just want to block the illegal vote.

How will the illegals, that have managed to register to vote, accomplish the deed this year? Absentee Ballots, now that they are registered they can vote where no one can challenge their vote. The absentee ballot is the means that Democrats use to manufacture graveyard votes, pet registration votes, New England-Florida Snowbird votes. They are endlessly creative at ways to defraud the voting public. The absentee ballot offers the easiest means to manufacture large numbers of fraudulent votes. Electronic, non-paper, voting machines are right in the mix now that butterfly ballots are no longer used.

Yesterday (2 July 2008) thunderstorms roared through Michigan with high winds and lots of lightning. Trees and power lines were knocked down. Even my internet provider was affected.

Between no power and no IP connection my server couldnt be reached.

Downed trees have been cleared from the power lines and all appears to be back in service now.

Hotlinking to images

Hotlinking policy of this web site...

I occasionally get a person out there in the world wide web that uses google image search to pick out a signature line image for messages, then he posts HUNDREDS of one line and one word messages just to display his new signature picture, sometimes to make a political statement.

The current pest is a Russian Immigrant (immigration/student-visa status unknown at this time), living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who picked an image here and has 70 or so friends on a "My Friends" type network called LiveJournal.com. His messages are posted all in Russian. Apparently he came here back in the 90s and attended high school and some college at Moo-U in East Lansing but currently resides in Ann Arbor.

The picture he tried to use as his signature pic has been computer electro-magically changed, using redirection. Requests for that image from an outside referrer site, see the image I want him to display instead. I feel honored each time one of these people gives me the power to select for them what will be the image associated to them. They are stealing MY bandwidth so I get to have some FUN!

Click [HERE] to see what all of his friends see now.

note: This image is on my server, but I can redirect a request to elsewhere on the web. Do a Google search on hotlinking.

The Pfleger to return to St. Sabina RCC

The flaming race baiter, supporter of abortionists, and abortion loving politicians, Michael Pfleger, is being allowed to return to Saint Sabina RCC by Cardinal George. [Kinda tells ya where the red hat's head is doesn't it? Makes you say "hmmmmm? Who bought a cardinal?" Just another politician...]

Below, italics are mine.

http://www.suntimes.com/lifestyles/ religion/995461,CST- NWS-priest09.article

Rev. Pfleger to return to St. Sabina with 'no restrictions'

BY MARY WISNIEWSKI Staff reporter mwisniewski@suntimes.com

The South Side parish of St. Sabina exploded with shouts of joy and a standing ovation Sunday morning at the news firebrand Catholic pastor Rev. Michael Pfleger would be returning June 16.

Cardinal Francis George temporarily removed the outspoken priest from his parish last week following comments Pfleger made about then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Pfleger had said Clinton believed she was entitled to the Democratic nomination because she is white. Pfleger is white, while most of his parishioners are African-American.

Parish leaders were told by Cardinal George that Pfleger will continue as pastor of the church he has led for 30 years with "no restrictions" -- other than not being able to mention publicly the names of presidential candidates or campaign for them. [...besides it would take too long to break in a new racist for the job.]

[However, he can continue his race baiting unabated! I wonder if he ever told them that Planned Parenthood was formed by a racist Margaret Sanger to eliminate the black race? No, Pfleger is a front man, a stand up guy for abortion supporters like Obama.]

How effective is the Pfleger?

Two other parishioners, Rhonda Williams and Leslie Ross, who are not Catholic, said they would have left St. Sabina's and followed Pfleger to a new church if he had been removed. [No sweat, Chicago politician Cardinal George wouldn't do that. Besides the Churdh is short of priests, so even bad ones are needed.]

"I'm here because of the pastor, what he's done for me spiritually," Williams said.

Not effective enough to convert them though. Hey Mikey, do Rhonda and Leslie take communion at mass?

A Straight Jacket For Looney KOSers?

Something that the Looney Left still have not figured out... conservatives are maneuvering back and forth (operation chaos) to raise the level of chaos among Democrats. We are not interested in seeing either of the remaining two Democrat Stooges (Moebama and HilLarry) being elected any more than we are in having Curley McCain as president. This election is worse than a Nightmare on USA Street because it is happening while we are awake. Our choices, aside from a political party label, are between degrees of liberals... Aside from conservatives, who are pretty politically savvy, there sure are a lot of totally innocent, politically ignorant voters that will wait until the day before the election to decide who to vote for.

This is why we have McCain as the GOP candidate. The Republicans that voted for McCain are the actual targets of the KOS kidz. These Republicans want to do the right thing, but these naifs are a little "touchy-feely" like their Democrat counterparts on the other side of the great divide. We have no equivalents in the Republican Party to the Yellow Dog Democrats. We just have soft squishy linguini spined RINOs.

Daily Kos Loons Driven to Drink

. . .after talking politics with Republicans. At least that's what the Daily Kos poll shows so far.

Should conservatives be interested in the Daily Kos strategy to win Republican voters over to Obama?

Read How to Market Obama to Your Republican Friends

This article is filled with interesting (and sometimes rational) talking points and it cautions DK members against “Bush Bashing.” Don't miss the interesting tips in the comments section.

Here's a sample:

· I would first listen to Repub friends about what they think is important. I also usually start by apologizing for defending the Clintons for all these years. I have found in the course of this campaign, that the Repubs, not Dems were most correct about Clinton's character.

How many "Repub" friends do you imagine DK loons actually have? Regarding Bill Clinton, the lefty's knew it all along but didn't care a hoot about character then and they still don't care!

Wow news flash! There ARE rational Republicans . . .

There ARE rational republicans, we do (as the public at large) agree on many core values that the author highlights.

I've been plotting against my father now since the beginning of the primary, and I'm slowly doing exactly what you're talking about. Calmly, KINDLY, pointing out Obama's transparency, judgement, merits, etc.

JUST REMEMBER. We've got until November, so make short and long term goals, pick 1 or 10 rational republicans (they really are out there, it's just nobody liberal has bothered with them for a long time), and plant that little seed, and nourish it, and who knows? :)

Obama's transparency – the hollow man – easy for conservatives to see right through.

Obama's judgement – 20+ years at the feet of Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Obama's merits – He wants to talk to all of our enemies without any preconditions.

As for the far left's penchant to constantly turn in on itself and knife its former stars, please note that it's no longer OK for the left to bash Bush but it's just fine to bash Hillary!

This really needs to be read by everyone here. I visit non political blogs and message boards. Especially USENET. It may seem useless to get into a discussion (especially online) with a Republican. But I do it because of the lurkers. If no one addresses these things then lurkers will never know the truth.

What is useless is to go onto Repub boards and convince them to vote for Obama. For example, I wouldn't waste my time going to Redstate and tout Obama there.

The Clintons are corrupt selfish race baiting zero character scumbags. I'd rather be run over by a tractor-trailer than willfully vote for any Clinton again.

Ok, so lurkers should be added to the list of loony ObaMassiah followers.

I love this one, below, the best! They just can't stop promoting class warfare!

You want their actual VOTE, not their nodding agreement on some arcane philosophical issue."

For now.

Otherwise, a fine and useful diary. Rec'ed, tipped, and saved under favorites.

(Would you still consider yourself a fiscal/economic conservative, if I may ask?)

"The way to win a Presidential race against the Republicans is to develop the class warfare issue..." Lee Atwater, Bush `88 campaign manager.

While you are at it, take the Daily Kos poll: But I cant sell Obama to my Republican friends; just talking politics with them makes me feel I need to ....

So far it's heartening to know that Republicans are driving them to drink!!!

By the way, since Obama and his supporters are so concerned about the use of his middle name, why on earth are we using it when we refer to him by the initials: BHO???

No, for the sake of courtesy, civility, and a conservative desire not to inflict painful associations on any presidential contender, it should be BO!!!

Stinky BO it is!!! And there's plenty of it on the DK site too!

Maryland Court Denies Islamic Divorce: "I Divorce You" Can't Circumvent State Law

[Brenda Walker] @ 8:53 pm [Email author[Email This Article]

This is a welcome development. Islam’s women-hating customs are not accepted as legally binding in the state of Maryland, at least.

Saying “I divorce thee” three times, as men in Muslim countries have been able to do for centuries when leaving their wives, is not enough if you’re a resident of Maryland, the state’s highest court ruled yesterday.

Yesterday, the Court of Appeals rejected a Pakistani man’s argument that his invocation of the Islamic talaq, under which a marriage is dissolved simply by the husband’s say-so, allowed him to part with his wife of more than 20 years and deny her a share of his $2 million estate.

The justices affirmed a lower court’s decision overturning a divorce decree obtained in Pakistan by Irfan Aleem, a World Bank economist who moved from London to Maryland with his wife, Farah Aleem, in 1985.[Court denies Islamic divorce Man's attempt to circumvent state law is rejected ,By Nick Madigan, Baltimore Sun, May 7, 2008 ]

Additional reportage from the Washington Post: Islamic Divorce Ruled Not Valid in Maryland .

The state Court of Appeals issued a unanimous 21-page opinion Tuesday declaring that talaq is contrary to Maryland’s constitutional provisions providing equal rights to men and women.

===

Wow, the very Blue State Free Socialist Peoples Republic of Maryland grew a backbone and a set of cojones. Homosexual marriages are okay but Islamic divorces are not. This will seriously jeopardize the standing of Maryland with lovers of Islamic tradition and sharia law. Next thing you know, Maryland will have cartoons of Mohammad posted in public. Here are samples to get them started.

Separation of Church and State?

According to the atheist leftists, socialists, and communists all governmental operations and support must be separated from all things Christian.

Apparently this separation of church and state does not extend to other "religions" in the USA though.

Wall of silence broken at state's Muslim public school

By KATHERINE KERSTEN, Star Tribune

Last update: April 9, 2008 - 12:45 PM

Recently, I wrote about Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA), a K-8 charter school in Inver Grove Heights. Charter schools are public schools and by law must not endorse or promote religion.

Evidence suggests, however, that TIZA is an Islamic school, funded by Minnesota taxpayers.

TIZA has many characteristics that suggest a religious school. It shares the headquarters building of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, whose mission is "establishing Islam in Minnesota." The building also houses a mosque. TIZA's executive director, Asad Zaman, is a Muslim imam, or religious leader, and its sponsor is an organization called Islamic Relief.

Yob said that McCain is a Conservative with independent tendencies.

Actually he is a maverick/independent that has an occasional propensity for conservatism when he wants to get elected.

If you want to spin someone as a conservative, cases could be made through wild stretches that many liberal democrats are conservative too.

McCains conservatism is most visible from the spin machine that has been used by McCain this election cycle.

Ask Rick Davis, president of the Soros and Heinz-Kerry funded Reform Institute that McCain founded. Rick is the McCain campaign manager. Instead of a salary, Rick receives a $110,000 a year "consulting fee". The Yobs know..

Check the links below, and take a look at some of the other donors to McCain's reform institute too.

No, the Yobs have been doing that.

He is packaged as the liberal and moderate choice for Michigan and has been that for years. He was the media darling because of it.

Once the rough stuff gets started, he will be the butt of the MSM attacks, looking for help from the very conservatives he has given the one finger salute.

Mackey first into Ruby checkpoint of Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race

By RACHEL D'ORO, AP Writer

RUBY, Alaska (AP)—A very tired Lance Mackey was the first musher to arrive at the Ruby checkpoint of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.

Village bells were ringing as he pulled into this Yukon River outpost about 7:30 a.m. Friday. It took him more than 10 hours to cover the 112 miles to Ruby from Cripple.

Mackey plans to take one of his two mandatory eight-hour breaks in Ruby.

For being first into Ruby, he wins a seven-course meal, prepared by a chef flown in from Anchorage.

Mackey also wins $5,000 in $1 bills.

Reconquista - What is it?

This week's vlog from Jake and MJ concerns Reconquista and is about our government allowing the invasion of our territory without a shot being fired from our side. It also lists some criminal activity by illegals that was 100% preventable if the federal government was doing its job.

This is a topic that must be kept in mind as candidates from both the Democrats (Clinton and Obama) and Republicans (McCain) are for open borders and unrestricted immigration. These candidates of both parties have voted for amnesty legislation. These same candidates have voted to give away social security benefits to illegal aliens. This is something to keep in mind this coming November when you vote for one or the other (or do a write-in for a real conservative patriot like Alan Keyes or Duncan Hunter). Did you know that Alan Keyes was running this year? No? The MSM kingmakers have kept that fact VERY quiet while lionizing Barack Hussein Obama.

The MSM is part of the amnesty cabal so none of ths should be a big surprize to anyone.

McCain says "No NEW Taxes"...

...so now we know what the attraction is between George HW "Read My Lips" Bush (the latest McCain suckup) and Little Johnny himself. I read those words and my guts clenched tight. We know that HW was a liar and we know that McCain is currently willing to tell any lie to get the nomination.

Cross posted from gopusa.com

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Republican John McCain says there will be no new taxes during his administration if he is elected president.

''No new taxes,'' the likely GOP presidential nominee said during a taped interview broadcast Sunday.

McCain told ABC's ''This Week'' that under no circumstances would he increase taxes, and added that he could ''see an argument, if our economy continues to deteriorate, for lower interest rates, lower tax rates, and certainly decreasing corporate tax rates,'' as well as giving people the ability to write off depreciation and eliminating the alternative minimum tax.

McCain was defending his support for an extension of tax cuts sought by President Bush, which McCain voted against. The Arizona senator now says allowing the tax breaks to expire would amount to an unacceptable tax increase.

Later Sunday, the Democratic Party criticized John McCain's statements on continuing the tax cuts, saying his policies would not differ from the past eight years under the Bush administration.

'John McCain showed today that he is about as far from a maverick as they come,'' said Karen Finney, spokeswoman for the Democratic National Committee, in her defense/endorsement of Senator John McCain.

Have you noticed lately how badly the DNC wants John McCain as their "opponent"? This will assure one side of the MSM wet dream presidential campaign.

WSJ on migration patterns of citizens in USA

According to Wall Street Journal and Allied Van Lines moving company, Michigan loses two residents for every one that moves in from another state.

Taxes are the reason. Democrats say that people want to pay high taxes for services... Read on:

States of Opportunity

February 12, 2008; Page A16

An old adage says high taxes don't redistribute income, they redistribute people. [State of Opportunity] For new evidence look no further than migration patterns within the United States, as documented in a new survey by the moving company United Van Lines.

A record eight million Americans -- some 20,000 people every day -- relocated to another state last year. So where are these families headed and why? The general picture is this: Americans are continuing to flee the Northeast and Midwest, while the leading destinations continue to be Southern and Western states.

The United Van Lines study finds that the biggest population loser last year was Michigan, where two families moved out of the state for every new family that moved in. Americans are also fleeing New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Illinois. Without interviewing the departed, it's impossible to know the reasons for this outward migration. No doubt overall economic prospects, climate, quality of life and housing prices play a role.

But one reason to conclude that taxes are also a motivator... [more]

McCain: Party Animal, Maverick - Please sit down

First and last, McCain is a maverick.

McCain's behavior is no accident and isn't caused by some hidden, latent mental disorder from his stay at the Hanoi Hilton. It is not an artifact of communist brainwashing to make him into a "Manchurian Candidate".

Our "Little Johnny", the son and grandson of US Navy Admirals with brilliant military records, was a carousing party animal and a maverick. Nothing changes on the latter part except that he has done damage to the country, our freedoms, and sovereignty of the US in his current billet. All the more reason to not promote him.

He was a maverick then and still is. I think that John really wants to be thought of as a conservative, but his wild undisciplined maverick side keeps dragging him in directions that are not conservative.

McCain is damaged product as far as conservatives are concerned.

Will the Real McCain Please Sit Down

by DuncanWaring
Free Republic
1-30-8
rense.com

John Sidney McCain III entered the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland in 1954. Young McCain wanted to become an admiral. He planned to be the "first son and grandson of four star admirals" to achieve such a distinction. But that was not to be. McCain III possessed none of the innate character and discipline traits that helped mold his father and grandfather into great military leaders.

His father, John S. "Junior" McCain, and grandfather, John S. McCain, Sr., were famous four-star Admirals in the U.S. Navy. His father commanded U.S. forces in Europe before becoming commander of American forces fighting in Vietnam. His grandfather commanded naval aviation at the Battle of Okinawa in 1945. Both men became highly influential in U.S. Navy operations.

At the Academy, aside being known as a "rowdy, raunchy, underachiever" who resented authority, Cadet McCain became infamous as a leader among his fellow midshipmen for organizing "off-Yard activities" and hard drinking parties. Robert Timberg wrote in his book, The Nightingale's Song, that "being on liberty with John McCain was like being in a train wreck."

McCain's grades were "marginal." He drew so many demerits for breaking curfew and other discipline issues that he graduated fifth from the bottom of the class of 1958. Despite his low "class standing," and no doubt because of the influence of his family of famous Admirals, McCain was leap-frogged ahead of more qualified applicants and granted a coveted slot to be trained as a navy pilot.

Good Party Animal - Bad Pilot:

He spent the next two and a half years as a "naval aviator in training" at Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida and Naval Air Station Corpus Christi in Texas, flying A-1 Skyraiders.

While a pilot trainee, McCain continued to party hard. He drove a Corvette and dated an exotic dancer named "Marie the Flame of Florida." Timberg wrote that McCain "learned to fly at Pensacola, though his performance was below par, at best good enough to get by. He liked flying, but didn't love it."

McCain Lost Five Military Aircraft

McCain, the "below par" pilot, eventually lost 5 military aircraft, the first during a training flight in 1958 when he plunged into Corpus Christi Bay while trying to land. The Navy ignored the crash and graduated McCain in 1960.

While deployed in the Mediterranean, the hard partying McCain lost a second aircraft. Timberg described the crash: "Flying too low over the Iberian Peninsula, he took out some power lines which led to a spate of newspaper stories in which he was predictably identified as the son of an admiral."

Unscathed, McCain returned to Pensacola Station where he was promoted to flight instructor for Naval Air Station Meridian in Mississippi. The airfield at Meridian, McCain Field, was named in honor of McCain's grandfather.

In 1964 McCain became involved with Carol Shepp, a model from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he had met at Annapolis. They were married in Philadelphia on July 3, 1965.

Flight instructor McCain lost a third aircraft while flying a Navy trainer solo to Philadelphia for an Army-Navy football game. Timberg wrote that McCain radioed, "I've got a flameout" before ejecting at one thousand feet. McCain parachuted onto a beach moments before his plane slammed into a clump of trees.

The Navy dismissed the crash as "unavoidable" and assigned McCain to the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal in December 1966, which was patrolling the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. In Spring 1967, the Forrestal was assigned to join the Operation Rolling Thunder bombing campaign against North Vietnam.

McCain lost his fourth plane on board the Forrestal on July 29, 1967 when a rocket inadvertently slammed into his bomb laden jet. McCain escaped, but the explosions that followed killed 134 sailors. McCain was transferred from the badly damaged Forrestal to the USS Oriskany. Shortly afterwards, on Oct. 26, 1967, he was shot down and captured by the Vietnamese.

Post-POW Years: Political Ambition and a New, Young, Rich Wife

Upon his release from North Vietnam and return to the United States in 1973, McCain reunited with his wife, Carol, who had been permanently crippled in a car accident while he was a POW.

Still yearning to become an admiral, McCain enrolled in the National War College at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. and underwent physical therapy in order to fly again. The Navy excused his permanent disabilities and reinstated him to flight status, effectively positioning him for promotion.

Timberg described McCain's advancement: "in the fall of 1974, McCain was transferred to Jacksonville as the executive officer of Replacement Air Group 174, the long-sought flying billet at last a reality. A few months later, he assumed command of the RAG, which trained pilots and crews for carrier deployments. The assignment was controversial, some calling it favoritism, a sop to the famous son of a famous father and grandfather, since he had not first commanded a squadron, the usual career path."

While Executive Officer and later as Squadron Commander McCain used his authority to arrange frequent flights that allowed him to carouse with subordinates and "engage in extra-marital affairs."

This was a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice rules against adultery and fraternization with subordinates. But, as with all his other past behaviors, McCain was never penalized; instead he always got away with his transgressions.

Timberg wrote, "Off duty, usually on routine cross-country flights to Yuma and El Centro, John started carousing and running around with women. To make matters worse, some of the women with whom he was linked by rumor were subordinates . . . At the time the rumors were so widespread that, true or not, they became part of McCain's persona, impossible not to take note of."

In early 1977, Admiral Jim Holloway, Chief of Naval Operations promoted McCain to captain and transferred him from his command position "to Washington as the number-two man in the Navy's Senate liaison office. McCain was promptly given total control of the office. It wasn't long before the "fun loving and irreverent" McCain had turned the liaison office into a "late-afternoon gathering spot where senators and staffers, usually from the Armed Services and Foreign Relations committees, would drop in for a drink and the chance to unwind."

In 1979, while attending a military reception in Hawaii, McCain met and fell in love with Cindy Lou Hensley, 17 years his junior, who was the daughter of James W. Hensley, a wealthy Anheuser-Busch distributor from Phoenix, Arizona. McCain filed for and obtained an uncontested divorce from his wife in Florida on April 2, 1980 and promptly married Cindy on May 17, 1980.

He resigned from the Navy in 1981 and went to work for his father-in-law in Phoenix; where he used the opportunity to make powerful and wealthy friends in Arizona including banker Charles Keating and Duke Tully, the editor-in-chief of the Arizona Republic. Keating was later convicted of fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy and Tully was disgraced for concocting a phony military record of combat in Korea and Vietnam including medals for heroism.

McCain ran for Arizona's First Congressional District in 1982. McCain won the congressional seat. In 1987 McCain was elected to the US Senate.

McCain The Trojan Horse Candidate - Funded by Soros since 2001

John McCain, the anti-conservative trojan horse candidate.

Anyone claiming that McCain is a conservative better take a closer look at him. This is the candidate that George Bush just endorsed as a REAL CONSERVATIVE.

ELECTION 2008

John McCain funded by Soros since 2001

Candidate's Reform Institute also accepted funds from Teresa Kerry

By Jerome R. Corsi

As Sen. John McCain assumes the GOP front-runner mantle, his long-standing, but little-noticed association with left-wing donors such as George Soros and Teresa Heinz Kerry is receiving new attention among his Republican critics.

In 2001, McCain founded the Alexandria, Va.-based Reform Institute as a vehicle to receive funding from George Soros' Open Society Institute and Teresa Heinz Kerry's Tides Foundation and several other prominent non-profit organizations.

John McCain and George Soros

George Soros is a name that many on both sides of the aisle recognize. For Conservatives he is the name of that devil with the deep pockets behind the socialization of America and the world. If Liberalism breeds there, more than likely, Soros' checkbook is somewhere attached.

John McCain is the name of a Republican that has taken over the lead for the 2008 Presidential nomination and has many Conservatives befuddled because they do not care to vote for him, but feel that they must because he is still much better than his liberal Democrat counterparts. Not voting for John McCain, the Conservative has reasoned, is like voting for Barack Obama or Hillary Rodham Clinton.

When considering John McCain's left-leaning tendencies, however, it comes to no surprise that he associates with a left-wing donor such as George Soros. In fact,

In fact, prominent senior officials on the McCain 2008 presidential campaign staff have found well paid positions at Soros' Reform Institute.

And John McCain is the guy we are supposed to vote for to fight against Liberalism?

The Soros-Kerry funding connection with McCain was first exposed by Ed Morrissey at the Captains Quarters blog in 2005.

Inside McCain's Reform Institute

by Ed Morrissey - March 9, 2005

When CQ first covered the Bradley Smith interview that started the blogswarm on the FEC and the BCRA this week, I noted several unusual relationships between the donors and the institute, all hinging on Richard Davis, RI's president and John McCain's campaign manager. Since Davis also acts as McCain's chief political advisor, I found it odd that the RI -- which pays Davis a $110,000 "consulting fee" annually instead of a salary as its president -- received money from donors such as the sources that follow below.

Bear in mind, please, that foundations don't just line up to hand out cash. Rick Davis has to apply and then campaign for these funds, as budgets are limited even for the richest foundations. They carefully select their grantees to ensure that they support the overall mission of the foundation. Why would a close political advisor to John McCain go to these sources almost exclusively for the major funding of the non-profit that seeks to support McCain, a supposedly conservative Republican?

The Tides Foundation, which heavily promotes "reproductive justice", giving over $500,000 to pro-abortion efforts. They also actively oppose the death penalty (so do I, FYI). John McCain opposes abortion and supports the death penalty, so why is his chief political advisor getting so much support from those who ostensibly oppose him?

Educational Foundation Of America, which also supports abortion. EFA also opposes drilling in ANWR, an issue on which McCain has an ambivalent record. It also supports euthanasia and assisted suicide through the Death With Dignity National Center, a group which it gave $45,000. It gave $100,000 to the Alliance for Nuclear Accountability, which opposed the Yucca Mountain nuclear depository (McCain supported it), and opposes development of low-yield nuclear "bunker buster" bombs, which McCain supports.

In fact, EFA appears to contribute to just about every left-wing cause imaginable, as well as a number of noncontriversial charities and outreach efforts.

The Proteus Fund, which also opposed the Yucca Mountain repository, spending $75K to stop it. That pales in comparison to the $935K they spent on supporting gay marriage initiatives, which McCain strongly opposes. They have also spent over $800,000 funding nuclear-disarmament and antiwar causes in each of the last two years. Their Security Policy Working Group contains nothing but left-of-center groups like Project on Defense Alternatives, which calls the Iraqi elections "faulty" and predicted disaster for the Bush administration's "program of coercive transformation throughout the region."

OSI (Open Society Institute), founded and funded by George Soros. Among a litany of left-wing causes supported by OSI are People For The American Way, to support their Supreme Court Project. (Hint: It isn't intended on assisting Bush get his nominees confirmed.) They also gave $150,000 to the Campaign Legal Center, which will be important shortly.

David Geffen Foundation also shows up on the list, although not in the top tier. David Geffen is an entertainment-industry mogul who supports Democrats and left-wing causes. They do not have a website I could find, but Activistcash.com notes that in 2002, most of the grants Geffen gave went to environmental activists and the Tides Foundation and Tides Center.

But the oddities don't end at the donors page for Reform Institute. We've already detailed how McCain's chief political advisor earns a six-figure income from the nonprofit which heavily promotes McCain and the BCRA. As the New York Times noted yesterday, RI provides a back-channel method of keeping his campaign staff employed without McCain having to do any fundraising for his political campaigns -- and avoiding the donation caps that come into play for his donors. And Davis isn't the only beneficiary of this loophole.

Trevor Potter works as General Counsel to the Reform Institute. Coincidentally or not, Potter also worked as general counsel to McCain during his 2000 run for the presidency. Potter also is employed as President and General Counsel to the Campaign Legal Center, making him a direct beneficiary of the George Soros donation to this non-profit group as well as at RI. Potter also released a "don't worry, be happy" statement about the FEC's decision not to appeal the Shays-Meehan lawsuit judgment overturning the Internet exemption to the BCRA which failed to disclose Potter's connections to RI, Soros, or McCain.

John McCain, who has long campaigned on a promise to rid politics of big money, not only has built himself a lucrative third-party solution for fundraising but also a shelter to keep two of his top campaign operatives employed between elections. These top strategists also have an odd taste for funding sources, considering McCain's public positions on key issues for his base. That money pays their salaries and indicates a certain amount of influence among McCain's political staff. It demonstrates better than anything else could the corrosive nature of hidden money and back-channel dealings, which the BCRA not only doesn't resolve but almost requires for campaign fundraising.

This shows the futility of the BCRA just as much as it does the hypocrisy of John McCain in creating it and expanding it. The only solution for corruption is direct contributions that get immediate and full disclosure, not limitations on political speech. I can't think of a better example than the Byzantine mess I've described above to make that point.

===

Juan Hernandez, the former Mexican Secretary For Immigration Affairs under the Vicente Fox administration in Mexico, has been discovered to be working for the John McCain campaign as their Hispanic Outreach Director. For those who don't know Juan Hernandez is a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico. Having worked in Mexico's government and now apparently in ours, I consider him a double agent and obviously not working in just the best interests of the United States, but in the best interests of Mexico as well. These best interests include allowing millions of illegal aliens in the United States to remain here and in the future for millions more to come.

===

McCain says he has heard us but don't you believe it. He says he will secure the borders and then we will talk about legalizing the criminals in hiding.

So you still want to vote for McCain as the lesser of two evils? I'd say that maybe we ought to think SERIOUSLY about a write-in candidate.

Now we find out that RINO John is a front man for the billionaire socialist, George Soros, and an even better buddy of John Kerry than we ever suspected, taking cash from Kerry's very liberal cash cow, Tides Foundation.

Nolan Finley whines: No room in GOP tent for free thinkers? He means mavericks!

Cross posted from that bastion of liberal thinking, The Detroit News

http://www.detnews.com/ apps/pbcs.dll/ article?AID=/20080210/ OPINION03/ 802100308/ 1007/OPINION

[ed: I wonder if Nolan has been sippin' the Tullamore Dew again? No room in GOP tent for free thinkers

by Nolan Finley

[WAAAAhhhh! Snif Snif Whine... from Nolan, the liberal MSM McCain apologist.]

Joe Schwarz knows how it feels to be fragged by his own political party.

Schwarz, the former congressman from Battle Creek, had his legs shot out from under him by the Republican Party's right wing, which decided his independence and occasional flirtation with moderate politics violated party doctrine and demanded excommunication.

Now Schwarz is watching as the GOP's self-righteous screechers try to hang a scarlet "L" around the neck of his good friend John McCain.

So Joe was a free thinker and McCain is a maverick. Either way, if you piss off the electorate, your career as a representative of the people is over unless you can wangle a way into national politics where the MSM can spin you into a celebrity GOP backstabber.

"The same gang that got me is going after him," [whimper, sob] says Schwarz, who lost his seat after just one term in 2006. "They are so intolerant and their minds so narrow that they can't see the damage their doing to their own party. They're not interested in getting candidates elected; they only want doctrinal purity." [breaking into 'gator tears, sobbing uncontrollably]

Conservatives to Joe Schwarz: "When citizens demand that you vote one way and you decide unilaterally to vote against the wishes of the people who put you there, it is BYE-BYE time for you. The citizens didn't put you there to vote with the Democrat caucus. Listen to the 'whine' in the tone of Joe's message. He can't pick up his marbles and run home because he had them taken away from him."

The assault on McCain from conservative talk show hosts and the party's high priests continues even though it's inevitable now that the Arizona senator will be the GOP's nominee for president. If it keeps up, McCain will have to survive deadly assaults from both Republicans and Democrats to win the White House.

Conservatives to McCain: "Your liberal MSM friends, liberal cross-over voters, and other moderates got you to this point without any help from conservatives. Lets see them propel you the rest of the way. Why should we now be forced to support the choice of liberals for our party candidate? You now claim conservative positions after sleeping with the enemy for years, John."

To win in 1992, Bill Clinton had to convince the Democratic Party's pinkos that victory would only be found in the center. John McCain, to win in 2008, must force the GOP's right-wing nuts to the same reality.

Conservatives to Nolan Finley: "Ahh Nolan. What are we going to do with you? You confuse a hard right shift to a middle of the road position by Bill Clinton, at least during his "How can we fool them today?" campaign when he had to dupe voters, with conservatives that do not need to shift right. Conservatives lose whenever that are perceived as moving to the left as you say we should be doing. GOP modrates lost seats in the 2006 midterm to Democrats, who had campaigned on positions more conservative than the Republicans they replaced. This was a case of Democrats moving RIGHT to unseat middle of the road Republicans who more than likely had staked out left of center positions to try to appeal to liberals (just like McCain). In the case of the John McCain campaign, it has been fueled thus far by moderate Republicans and cross-over Democrats. Ahhh why bother, Nolan is editor for the liberal motor city rag, The Detroit News."

New York Times Endorses McCain: He is no threat to the liberal agenda

http://www. renewamerica.us/ columns/ gaynor/ 080201

Excerpted and cross posted from the RenewAmerica.us column

by Michael Gaynor

McCain stopped putting duty, honor, and country first

The New York Times knows who they prefer to have as the GOP candidate.

While the liberal establishment may be conflicted over whether it wants Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama as the Democratic presidential nominee, there's no doubt which Republican it favors.

John McCain is the liberal elite's go-to guy in the GOP. They believe he'll be there for them when they need him.

That was the essential message of last week's New York Times editorial endorsing McCain for the Republican nomination.

NYT: "We have shuddered at McCain's occasional, tactical pander to the right because he has demonstrated that he has the character to stand on principle."

What the Times is saying here is that it does not take McCain's conservative campaign-season rhetoric seriously. No, they're convinced the man on the Straight Talk Express is railroading Republican primary voters.

Long experience has taught the Times to read McCain's sign language. No matter what contortions McCain unde
