King George W's Shamnesty Mantra

I originally published this on May 13th of 2006. It is time to bring it back because it is more relevant now that ever.

Here is....

The Shamnesty Mantra of King George W and the Dukes and Earls of the Imperial Senate
as recorded for posterity by James Foley at "No Amnesty - GOT IT?"

Refrain 1: "Om, mani, padme, om! Deportation is not practical! Amnesty is! Om, mani, padme, om!"

Refrain 2: "Om, mani, padme, om! Tough sounding phony penalties will fool them! Om, mani, padme, om!"

Refrain 3: "Om, mani, padme, om! Rule of Law is not practical! Amnesty is! Om, mani, padme, om!"

Refrain 4: "Om, mani, padme, om! So what if CITIZENS want the rule of law enforced. Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is! Om, mani, padme, om!"

Refrain 5: "Om, mani, padme, om! Citizens say Build A Wall, Mr President! Mr President says Thats not practical! Amnesty is! Om, Mani, padme, om"

Verses:

[1]"Deportation is not practical! Sham background checks for 11 millon criminals are! Amnesty is!"

[2]"Rule of Law, shmool of law, deportation is not practical! Amnesty is!"

[3]"Working citizens don't count. Big business and cheap immigrant labor does. Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[4]"Stopping an enemy invasion before we are completely overrun is not practical. Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[5]"Toss a bone to the Minutemen. Maybe we can fool them and still get amnesty! Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[6]"Lets send paper shufflers instead of combat trained Guardsmen to the border. Enforcing the law is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[6]"Inform our allies south of the border where the Minutemen are so they can send more illegals across elsewhere! Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[7]"We can force Immigration court judges to leave. Then we can pack the court and amnesty is assured! Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[8]"If we can send enough Border Patrol Agents to prison, maybe they will just quit trying to enforce the law! Deportation is not practical, Amnesty is!"

[9]"How are we going to get those maverick patriots in the House to go along with us? Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[10]"Conspiracy? What conspiracy? Deportation is not practical. Amnesty is!"

[11]"If we all hang together, we can all hang together. Deportation is not practical! Treason is!"

[12]"Our oath of office...Oh Yeah, THAT! Its not practical! Treason is! Amnesty forever!"

[repeat forever until you believe, like Bush, Martinez, McCain, Hagel, Reid, Brownback, Kennedy and the rest of the Shamnesty Gang members while listening to something soothing from a soft rock radio station]

There! The new updated and improved "King Georgies Shamnesty Mantra"....

Here are the oaths that King George W and his Imperial Court took before they declared their divine ascendency and independence from opinions of citizen serfs:

Each president recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Each Congressman and Senator recites the following oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

Now you know what the solemn word and oath of the President and the Senators is worth! Note that there were loyalists to King George of England back when the first continental congress was formed, and we will see the same phenomenon in the current setting.
